The front-desk representative told me that replacement buttons had already been ordered, but this was done without consulting me about the style or material--unacceptable for a custom garment. I asked to speak with the owner, but he never contacted me. Later that same day, my tailor received a call from the owner asking him to order replacement buttons, which directly contradicted what I had been told earlier. In other words, I was misled about the situation. When I returned the following day, the owner was still unavailable and did not respond to calls from his own staff. While the front-desk employee was polite and did her best to help, the overall handling of this situation was careless and unprofessional. Delicate garments with mother-of-pearl buttons require extra care, and I should have been notified immediately once the damage occurred--not when I came to pick up the jacket. Most disappointing was the owner's complete lack of accountability and disregard for customer service. This issue should have been addressed directly with me, promptly and honestly. I would not trust this business with valuable or custom clothing.

Dr. Goldfarb did an implant for an area where i had no tooth for YEARS - and obviously needed bone graft- and I saw he was not planning on doing so- I questioned and was very surprised but he insisted there was no need! well he is the expert! needless to say I ended up with horrific infection, high fever, antibiotics for two weeks! and..it had to be removed!! of course I was not happy this office collected over $6,000.- (six thousands dollars) and did nothing!! when I tried to question and proved him wrong time and again- HE BLOCKED ME! I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS DR!! granted I was not suspicious, but I should have been more careful!! watch out!!
