Extremely disappointing experience with Everest/Quteer…read more I placed a large catering order with Everest/Quteer and was shocked when they cancelled the order after accepting it. What made the situation even worse was the way I was treated when I contacted them about it. Instead of trying to resolve the issue professionally, the response was rude, confrontational, and, in my experience, threatening. When you place a substantial catering order, you expect the restaurant to honor the commitment--or at the very least communicate professionally if there is a problem. Cancelling a large order and then treating the customer disrespectfully when they ask for an explanation is simply unacceptable. The way this was handled left me feeling that my business and my time were not respected. I would strongly encourage anyone considering a large catering order to think carefully before relying on Everest/Quteer for an important event. The food may be one thing, but customer service and professionalism matter, especially when customers are trusting a restaurant with a significant order. This experience was extremely disappointing and has completely changed my view of the business.
