I went with my husband to have a dinner; I order a salad bar, my husband ordered a steak and endless shrimp. Everything was great though even our server she was smiling very nice lovely Hailey. Till my husband ordered twice his endless shrimp, he was enjoying his shrimp he decided to get more shrimp she was like " omg how many more plates of shrimp you're eating man" that was really rude. I believe she's there to do her job not to questions a customer how much are able to eat manager needs to hiring a person to do their job not to investigate how much a person can eat hope the company can do something about this. People next time you go ask first if Hailey's there if not then you'll sit with someone who judges and makes you feel bad for wanting to eat, hopefully she changes and doesn't do the same for other people. The next best thing to Souplantation is the Salad Bar at Sizzler. In addition to an ample selection of salads, there is also a taco bar and spaghetti bar. You can get the salad bar as an add on to your meal or just the meal. We tried the Cilantro Lime Barramundi today as well as the Steak Trio, medium rare. Both were delicious! We also got cheese toast (yuuuuum). The server, Adriana, was stellar! read more

It was good to be back at Sizzler -- had not visited since pandemic times -- and was happy to see the quality and service is still there. Pricing a bit higher, but I guess that's the world now. So glad to see Leo is still there! He is a 6-star server! He is not only friendly (and funny) he is efficient, fast and seems to anticipate all your needs. He greeted us with a warm welcome back! This Sizzler has been here forever it seems like. Came in for the first time in probably 10 years and I see why it's still here. Very clean well kept establishment. Unbelievably bad! Went for mothers day about 7:30pm and they were busy but not completely full (no wait). We waited an hour before some of our food began to arrive. We asked the waitress once and she said "I know, they are very busy". Finally we had to ask for one of our meals to go as one of us had to go to work. 2 of our 4 meals arrived about the hour mark. Both had steak and both were way over cooked. We ordered medium rare and there wasn't any pink and the mashed potaotes were completely cold as if the food had been sitting for a while (maybe waiting for the other 2 meals to be finished although they were both sandwiches so they shouldn't take long). We told the server, she didn't seem to concerned. We asked for the manager and they never came. After a bit more time with 2 meals still missing my husband went up to the front. The girl took our ticket and a few minutes later came to the table with part of our money back. I told her that the food was over cooked and cold, she told me they were busy. By now it was about 8:40 and they were not busy. I said I understood that but it didn't explain why the food was cooked too long and cold and we were still waiting for our sandwiches (about an hour and 10 min now). Then she told me she was just bringing us money. I apologized and said I thought she was the manager since we had asked to see one 10 minutes ago. I asked again for her to send them over. We waited 5 or 10 more minutes. Our final meal never came, nor did the manager. Eventually we just got up and left, leaving the food that we had received that was overcooked and cold. We looked around as we left and never saw a manager in the now mostly empty restaurant. We never did get all of our food, never was able to see the manager and didn't see our server for the last 30 minutes we were there (someone else brought out the food we did receive). Ended up going through a drive through on our way home. read more

She is so personable and so nice. She goes above and beyond for us every time we come and and we love that. We both come from a service background as for jobs my wife being a. Barber and I've worked in the food industry and customer service like Darlas is so hard to find. We will continue to bring our family here and will go out of our way to be helped by her.
