If fast food can be good food Sizzle Stack Burger is it. The burgers here are double smash burgers made from FRESH Ground In-house brisket. The fries are fried in beef tallow. The prices are very reasonable and are not much more than fast food (but this place is cashless and you need to use a card) This is a casual small smash burger and fry place. You order and pay at the counter. The cashier serves you your beverage and food. She even took the time to ask us how things were. The burgers we tried were VERY GOOD and a million times better than what you'd get at any fast food place. We both got the Sizzle Stack Burger (2 smash patties, American Cheese, grilled onions, pickles, house sauce) It just was a terrific burger and we also enjoyed the terrific fries. So whenever you are in Spring Valley you sure need to try this place.

I recenly rea avout Sizzle Stack Burger and wanted to give it a try, It's not too far to drive. The place is somewhat small but there is plenty of room to sit and enjoy if you're eating in. The first thing you do is palace your own order using one of their touch pads. It's quite easy but there is an employee around who will give you hello if you need it. There are 3 burgers to choose from so it's not an extensive list. I chose the truffle mushroom burger. Then you can add to your oder. You can order a combo for an extra cost. The combo includes a dink and fries. You choose any things you want to add and then checkout. Payment here is by mobile paying or credit card only--no cash. I accidentally pressed the burger button twice and I didn't pay attention when I checked out to. I ordered two burgers. The employee broiught me a bag for take out but it doesn';t reheat the next day very well. So, take care before you checkout to review your oirder and don['t make my mistake. Before leaving the ordering area, you take a metal number stand to put on your table for delivery. Wait time is minimal. It seeeed like I just sat down and she was arriving with my food. The burger was very good. The mushrooms really added to the flavor. Note, you get a double patty burger. The fries are very good and abundant. You won't want for more than this combo. I'll go back soon and order correctly order and just enjoy. I need to add jalapeños to my burger.

This place keeps it simple; burgers, fries and shake and they do it REALLY well! The bun was honestly the best burger bun I've ever had. The patties were delicious and seasoned perfectly, and the cheese was so melty and gooey that I went through about a million napkins. Next time I'd probably go with a single because the double was HUGE! The fries were also perfectly golden, crispy and fresh. Simple menu, but everything hits.

Upon walking into the bright airy and modern dining area, we were promptly greeted and given a rundown on everything that makes SizzleStack burgers better... the brisket burgers, the beef tallow fries... so far so good... let's see what happens when the food comes. WOW! Is this the best burger in town? Wonderful smash style burger... the brisket patties are crisp, beefy, perfectly seasoned... the cheese binds the whole thing together and the sauce, onions, everything worked perfectly together. And the fries!!!

Sizzle Stack Burger was absolutely delicious! Simple menu for Burgers choose from The All American, The Sizzle Stack, The Truffle Mushroom or Stack Your Own, Floats and Milk Shakes with reasonable prices, clean and fun artwork for the restaurant. I like the container of condiments placed on the tables. Their patties are one of kind using fresh ground brisket burgers and beef tallow fries. Donovan was friendly he helped us answer questions about the menu. We got to meet Quan who was super cool he came out to greet us and he gave us some background of their restaurant. We had a great conversation with him. On the menu: Stack Your Own No Bun Double Patty, raw onions and Truffle Aioli. The Sizzle Stack no pickles and house sauce. Two Fries and Drinks. Every bite was delicious. Glad we stopped in for lunch. Best wishes to the entire Sizzle Stack Team! I recommend Sizzle Stack if you're in the area.

If you like being able to trust where your food is sourced from, pick this burger place! Their fries are cooked in house-rendered beef tallow, and their burger is made from in-house ground brisket. These things make a difference and you can definitely taste the difference in quality and freshness compared to greasy fast food places. This was a big plus for me. Now, that does not mean it is clean eating. The burgers are very messy! The tables have napkin dispensers but I wish they had chosen higher quality napkins if they are going to make the burgers messy to eat. With that said, everything else was great. The young lady who rang us up was friendly, personable, and nice. She even came over and asked multiple times if we needed anything which I appreciated as well. It looked like she held a few roles from register, to bringing out the food, following up with us, to wiping down tables. That can be a lot for one person but she handled it all beautifully! The only other potential downside is where this located, the parking lot can really fill up due to other popular stores and food places that share the same parking lot. Keep that in mind if going during busy mealtime hours!

Oh wow. We came here for late lunch and ordered the sizzle stack burger and the truffle mushroom. The burgers are flavorful and not too greasy. I think the truffle mushroom is the best tasting. They use brisket meat for the burger and beef tallow for the fries. This is the first time we finished a cup of fries because they're that good!! For ordering, they have an iPad where you input your order and pay and they will deliver the food on your table. It's a new restaurant, it has a modern look, it looks clean.

Every time a new burger spot opens in town, I have to go check it out. When I saw the reviews for Sizzle Stack were already looking great, I decided it was time for a visit! First, they have the option to order from a kiosk or a staff member ring up your order for you. If you know what you're there for, the order screens are easy to navigate and put an order though. Next, seating is plentiful, comfortably spaced and clean. The little 3D printed condiment containers on the tables are cool too. Finally, the burgers and fries. Our order came promptly, and the staff were extremely friendly. Burger: I went the All American route. Onions were cooked wonderfully, burger had decent lace, was seasoned and cooked perfectly. Bun was so soft, and the cheese tied it all together. Fries: I have yet to find a beef tallow fried French fry I don't like, and even though I'm not a huge fan of the shoestring, these fries were fantastic! Good crispy exterior and that soft potato goodness inside (unlike most shoestrings that are just crispy shells). Overall, this is a great burger spot that is worth a drive if you're far, or frequent visits if you're close. Needless to say, I'll be back soon!

Every table had a cute little condiment holder and napkins

Another smash burger place in town meant we just had to go and give it a try! Sizzle Stack did not disappoint and honestly, they might be my favorite burger in town. I loved their super simple menu and fair price point; a rarity these days. There was a girl working the front area making milkshakes and filling sodas that was happy to answer any questions, but the ordering takes place with the 3 digital screens which were very user friendly. All staff we interacted with was beyond friendly and they did a great job keeping the restaurant clean and everything fully stocked. Now for the food. I did a double "Stack Your Own" burger with American cheese and pickles. The beef was seasoned and cooked perfectly, pickles weren't too sour, and the bun was incredibly soft and buttery. An absolute melt in your mouth burger that was also filling. My husband had the "All American" burger and was equally satisfied with the quality. We each got an order of shoestring fries which are fried in beef tallow and holy cow were they some of the best fries I've had in a while. We unfortunately got here super late and finished right at closing time so we didn't have a chance to order milkshakes, but next time we'll definitely get there earlier to indulge in milkshakes after our meal because they looked darn good. I also want to say that despite finishing up our meal at closing, both staff members were beyond friendly, didn't rush us at all, and even took the time to chat with us a little bit. That kind of service was a bonus to the great meal we just finished. Despite the 25 minute drive for us, we'll be back VERY soon!

Finally tired sizzle stack burger. Honestly, hands down the best burger in town. No competition. Argue w yo mama. All jokes aside, I heard about this new spot & I've been dying to try their Truffle mushroom burger. And BOYYYY it did not disappoint. Delicious savory burger made to perfection and their beef tallow fries taste just like McDonald's fries except much much better. The fact that it's cooked in beef tallow makes all the difference. The combo set me back about $18 but completely worth every penny. Clean dining area where you can enjoy the food. Service was excellent. They have a Quick self order system using the pad. Simple menu: their 3 signatures - the sizzle stack, all American, and the truffle mushroom. Fries and sodas. You can add different toppings on the burger. Im glad I decided to dine in. They bring out the food directly to you and wait wasn't long at all. Quality of the food was on top. Their Burger was so good - I def enjoyed the experience. Again, a must try! 10/10

Sizzle Stack Burger on Fort Apache is a nice addition to the neighborhood. We ordered two of their standard menu offerings straight up with zero customizations, including one combo. The food hit the mark, juicy patties, good sear, and solid overall execution. Honestly, I found it better than "With Love Always." Service was fast enough for freshly cooked-to-order food. Note it is cashless and you order yourself on a tablet. It was an easy process though, intuitive and readable interface.

Marie C.

First time trying this burger place. I ordered the Swiss Mushroom Burger and French Fries. It was very good! Friendly staff & service.

Alan M.

My first visit menu is simple choose from one of 3 burger options I ordered the sizzle stack and fries Indy was only employee up front she asked if I needed help to place my order she delivered my food and even checked back to see if I needed anything Wow service only her third day the burger and fries were Fire they were Delicious definitely recommend and will return

The shake I can pass on! Good ingredients but too liquified (came out like this) I wanted to taste the ice cream more!

Possibly the best burger in Las Vegas. This is my kind of tasty burger. I got the sizzle stack combo. The burger is delicious. Meat is cooked perfectly and full of rich meaty flavor. Onions are caramelized just right. Cheese is great and sauce is yummy. All on a soft fluffy bun. The fries are also my ideal type. Skinny and the longest ever. A very satisfying meal and the price is right. The young lady is nice and friendly. Service was quick. Inside is nice and clean. I don't like that they are cashless but at least there is a warning on the door. read more

This place is great. The Burger is honestly awesome, I love the shredded lettuce, and the fries are hot and delicious. My only two suggestions would be a fountain drink station where I can get my own refills LOL and the ability to get my own ketchup and fry sauce. You get a standard burger, fries and drink at 2x the cost and double the wait time compared to my gold standard: In N Out's double-double. The bun was soft and the smash patties were nicely crusted though. The fries were a little undercooked and not hot/fresh as I would expect after the wait. Not rushing back. read more

Sizzle Stack definitely surprised me. I went with the Mushroom Aioli Burger, added lettuce and tomato, and it was absolutely worth it. The burger was juicy, flavorful, and the aioli really brought everything together without overpowering it. The fries were cooked perfectly--crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside, exactly how they should be. The restaurant also has a really cool mural on the wall that gives the place some personality. There isn't much staff, but everyone I interacted with was friendly and welcoming. My only real complaints are the ordering process and the drinks. Having to use a kiosk instead of ordering with a person takes away from the experience, and the drink size feels way too small. It's not a huge deal if you're dining in since refills are unlimited, but when you're taking your food to go, that small cup just doesn't cut it. Overall, the food was excellent, and I'll definitely be back for that burger. I'd usually give this a 4 star but they're still working on it so no big deal. As always, happy hunting. read more

I was super excited to find a new independent burger spot in my neighborhood, and Sizzle Stack did not disappoint! I tried the All American with added jalapeños, my girlfriend had the Sizzle Stack, and we got two orders of fries as well. Usually we would sample each other's food at a new spot, but we both devoured our food so fast we never even had a chance! The burgers and fries both really hit my platonic ideal for both. They weren't cheap, but the value was still excellent in my opinion. Service at the counter was good, and refills were offered at the table for our soft drinks. Restaurant was very clean and I appreciated a lot of the little details, like all of the ketchup packets in our table caddy being properly faced and organized. Those are the little things that show the care for the restaurant. We will definitely be back soon! read more

Such a basic concept but packed with flavor! I ordered the All American and the create your own with fries. Normally I feel that smash burgers lack flavor and taste like beef jerky but these were seasoned to perfection and was juice. Everything was well made, the burgers and fries are amazing. There's only one piece of criticism which id although the burger quality is amazing the bun itself can get a little mushy depending on the type of burger you get. If they could possibly somehow sear the inside of the bun or cook it with butter to get the bun a little crispier on the inside the burger would be absolutely perfect. That being said this place is top notch for a burger spot, this is my top 5 burger joints guaranteed. read more

These are, without a doubt, the best burgers in Las Vegas in the 'smash' type category. They grind their own brisket for the burgers. Patties are juicy & beefy with crisp edges. The buns are perfect. Even the pickles are quality. The fries are cooked in beef fat like fries used to be back in the day and they are addictive here. The simplicity and the premium quality of each ingredient makes for perfection. And the prices won't break your bank account. read more

Gave a thumbs up for the salted lime lager too. But as a fry snob (sometimes over-critical), I have to put the ones here on par with what you might order at a Saturday morning Little League concession stand, between innings. The garlic topping and kitchen-made dipping sauces (bacon ketchup, ranch) helped, but like many other pre-frozen fries, they're just starchy sticks of mediocrity. Onion rings were heavily panko-ed, not much seasoning, and they amounted to razor-thin slivers of onion inside a thick shell. But I returned after my son and Yellowbeard left town and found out they came up with a better potato option called 'Hangover Tater Keg', a plus sized tater tot filled with cheddar, bits of bacon, and sour cream inside. The entire time at the table, we were being watched nonstop by a girl who was inhaling her own 50/50 burger as we were. Not on par with the creepy twins who used to roam the hotel in 'The Shining', but she's frightening nonetheless. Credit to Slater's for some unique murals. Slaters 50/50 is a nice spot for a tasty burger and as a kind gesture to the community, they donate some of their proceeds to 'Miracle Flights', which helps children who need life-saving medical help. Mine didn't have any lettuce (I'm not sure if it's supposed to), came with one very thick slice of tomato, and what looked like the end piece of an onion. Overall, it was pretty average. We asked about the meat blend of the burgers and our server said that she didn't know because she works at another burger restaurant and gets the two mixed up. I also asked if the burgers were ground in house and she shook her head no. We started out by sharing the macaroni and cheese bites. They were fried nicely and had nice cheesy filling. Not sure what it was but they also left a weird after taste that I didn't like but maybe other people might not be bothered by. Since I didn't know what was in the burgers I ordered a Chicken Sandwich called Fowl Play. It was a big sloppy sandwich. I really wish they used knives and forks here because it was hard to eat as it was. It was reasonably GOOD but did run on the sweet side. The fries that came with it were fresh made and good. Where do I even start? I was so excited to try this place for the first time--we live right by Red Rock Casino and skipped going to "With Love Always" just to come here, and it was a complete and utter disaster. Strike one: We watched the girl who served us take out the trash with her bare hands, NOT wash them, and then immediately reach into the ice bin to fill our soda cups. Disgusting, but we let it slide. Strike two: We sat along the long yellow bench with a direct view of the kitchen window. I watched our tray come out with two burgers and two orders of fries. The same girl picked up our tray, literally took one of our fries off the tray for herself, and then brought us the rest of our food. That was Time #1 they "forgot" our fries--or rather, stole them. When my wife pointed out that our combos were missing an order of fries, the girl acted totally clueless and said she'd tell the kitchen. That was Time #2 where our fries were "forgotten" and ignored. Strike three: Right after pretending to fix the mistake, she sat down at a table for her break, opened a bag, and started eating the exact order of fries she stole off our tray right in front of us! Seeing her sit down to eat our food, I said, "Excuse me, we still haven't gotten our fries." She pretended to check the back again--making that Time #3 our fries were "forgotten" while she was literally chewing on them. Another 10 minutes passed--long after we had already finished our burgers--when the cook finally came out to deliver someone else's order. He looked over at us and casually said, "Oh, I forgot about your fries, sorry." That made Time #4 our fries were "forgotten." So to recap: our fries were "forgotten" four separate times, all because a server wanted to steal food off a paying customer's tray, lie to our faces, and frame the kitchen for her own theft. The burgers themselves were actually great, but the service was an absolute joke and a health code nightmare. I even took a picture of her enjoying our stolen fries so her manager knows exactly who to address this with. Unbelievable. Never again. read more

If you're a burger lover, this place is absolutely worth checking out. The burgers are made with 100% brisket, and you can definitely taste the difference. One thing that really impressed me is that they use the brisket fat trimmings to make their own beef tallow, which they use to cook both the burgers and fries. It adds incredible flavor without making the food greasy. I built a custom triple-patty burger with mushrooms, grilled onions, Swiss cheese, jalapeños, and their house sauce. Every bite was juicy, flavorful, and balanced. The bun was soft and held everything together perfectly. Even with three patties, the burger wasn't overly greasy, which I really appreciated. I also liked that they offer a great variety of side options instead of just the usual fries. To top it all off, I ordered the strawberry shake, made with real ice cream and milk. It was thick, creamy, and the perfect complement to the meal. The restaurant also has a really cool mural of a burger created by a spray paint artist that adds a fun vibe to the space. On top of all that, the prices are very reasonable for the quality and portion sizes. The service was good and staff was really nice to talk to. Overall, this is one of the better burger spots I've been to, and I'll definitely be coming back to try more of the menu. read more
