First time being here after watching reviews on YouTube. The food was great! The Truffle Mushroom burger was very well balanced and not over seasoned. If you're like my brother don't be scared to add salt. For me however, I enjoyed their house made brisket grind. Nothing seemed out of place and the flavors all worked together. The Fries are cooked in beef tallow and honestly are some of the best fries I've ever had. My server was extremely helpful and welcoming. Dining area and restroom were spotless. Really a 3.5 if I had the choice. I've eaten here twice now and I'll start by saying their burgers and fries are very, very good. And I wish I could rate them higher, but here's my issue: On my first visit, I was greeted by a friendly cashier who took my order and answered my questions and made me feel very welcome. But tonight on my second visit, the person behind the counter did not greet me or even make eye contact as I approached the counter. And when I got there, I found that there are now kiosks where you have to place your order yourself and pay. Just so cold and impersonal. Are you guys trying to be like McDonald's? I'm just so tired of all these stores etc. moving towards self-service. It's a major turn off for me. Not to mention that I'm a bit of a germaphobe, so having to touch a screen that other people have been touching all day is not something I prefer to do right before I eat. But like I said, the burgers are really good. After the first visit I would've said 4.5 stars, but I had to lower it a star for the self-service factor. I'll probably be back, simply because it's so close to my house and a nice alternative to my usual go-to In n Out when I feel like changing it up. If fast food can be good food Sizzle Stack Burger is it. The burgers here are double smash burgers made from FRESH Ground In-house brisket. The fries are fried in beef tallow. The prices are very reasonable and are not much more than fast food (but this place is cashless and you need to use a card) This is a casual small smash burger and fry place. You order and pay at the counter. The cashier serves you your beverage and food. She even took the time to ask us how things were. The burgers we tried were VERY GOOD and a million times better than what you'd get at any fast food place. We both got the Sizzle Stack Burger (2 smash patties, American Cheese, grilled onions, pickles, house sauce) It just was a terrific burger and we also enjoyed the terrific fries. The first thing you do is palace your own order using one of their touch pads.It's quite easy but there is an employee around who will give you hello if you need it. There are 3 burgers to choose from so it's not an extensive list. I chose the truffle mushroom burger. Then you can add to your oder. You can order a combo for an extra cost. The combo includes a dink and fries. You choose any things you want to add and then checkout. Payment here is by mobile paying or credit card only--no cash. I accidentally pressed the burger button twice and I didn't pay attention when I checked out to. I ordered two burgers. The employee broiught me a bag for take out but it doesn';t reheat the next day very well. So, take care before you checkout to review your oirder and don['t make my mistake. Before leaving the ordering area, you take a metal number stand to put on your table for delivery. Wait time is minimal. It seeeed like I just sat down and she was arriving with my food. If you like being able to trust where your food is sourced from, pick this burger place! Their fries are cooked in house-rendered beef tallow, and their burger is made from in-house ground brisket. These things make a difference and you can definitely taste the difference in quality and freshness compared to greasy fast food places. This was a big plus for me. Now, that does not mean it is clean eating. The burgers are very messy! The tables have napkin dispensers but I wish they had chosen higher quality napkins if they are going to make the burgers messy to eat. With that said, everything else was great. The young lady who rang us up was friendly, personable, and nice. She even came over and asked multiple times if we needed anything which I appreciated as well. It looked like she held a few roles from register, to bringing out the food, following up with us, to wiping down tables. That can be a lot for one person but she handled it all beautifully! The only other potential downside is where this located, the parking lot can really fill up due to other popular stores and food places that share the same parking lot. Every time a new burger spot opens in town, I have to go check it out. When I saw the reviews for Sizzle Stack were already looking great, I decided it was time for a visit! First, they have the option to order from a kiosk or a staff member ring up your order for you. If you know what you're there for, the order screens are easy to navigate and put an order though. Next, seating is plentiful, comfortably spaced and clean. The little 3D printed condiment containers on the tables are cool too. Finally, the burgers and fries. Our order came promptly, and the staff were extremely friendly. Burger: I went the All American route. Onions were cooked wonderfully, burger had decent lace, was seasoned and cooked perfectly. Bun was so soft, and the cheese tied it all together. Fries: I have yet to find a beef tallow fried French fry I don't like, and even though I'm not a huge fan of the shoestring, these fries were fantastic! Good crispy exterior and that soft potato goodness inside (unlike most shoestrings that are just crispy shells). Another smash burger place in town meant we just had to go and give it a try! Sizzle Stack did not disappoint and honestly, they might be my favorite burger in town. I loved their super simple menu and fair price point; a rarity these days. There was a girl working the front area making milkshakes and filling sodas that was happy to answer any questions, but the ordering takes place with the 3 digital screens which were very user friendly. All staff we interacted with was beyond friendly and they did a great job keeping the restaurant clean and everything fully stocked. Now for the food. I did a double "Stack Your Own" burger with American cheese and pickles. The beef was seasoned and cooked perfectly, pickles weren't too sour, and the bun was incredibly soft and buttery. An absolute melt in your mouth burger that was also filling. My husband had the "All American" burger and was equally satisfied with the quality. We each got an order of shoestring fries which are fried in beef tallow and holy cow were they some of the best fries I've had in a while. We unfortunately got here super late and finished right at closing time so we didn't have a chance to order milkshakes, but next time we'll definitely get there earlier to indulge in milkshakes after our meal because they looked darn good. I also want to say that despite finishing up our meal at closing, both staff members were beyond friendly, didn't rush us at all, and even took the time to chat with us a little bit. All jokes aside, I heard about this new spot & I've been dying to try their Truffle mushroom burger. And BOYYYY it did not disappoint. Delicious savory burger made to perfection and their beef tallow fries taste just like McDonald's fries except much much better. The fact that it's cooked in beef tallow makes all the difference. The combo set me back about $18 but completely worth every penny. Clean dining area where you can enjoy the food. Service was excellent. They have a Quick self order system using the pad. Been wanting to try this place since my good friend Marvin told me about it. We got the All-american burger with no pickles and lettuce and the Grill Onion Sizzle Smash with no pickles and house sauce on the side on both. I only have one picture but the meat was seasoned perfectly and very good! The fries are also very good as well. I use the house sauce to dip my fries and loved it! The meat seasoning was so good that you only need that to eat the burger. I believe in my opinion this place beats "with love always" the flavor profile and price point as well. I go to California for Burgers Never Say Die because they are the best smash burger in the west coast but this place is pretty damn close to it! The fries are similar too and damn i'm so happy! The wife enjoyed the truffle mushroom burger while I had the all-American burger. My honest opinion, the burger itself isn't too bad, could use more seasoning though. The fries are standard, nothing special, would be great to have other options such as cajun fries or maybe onion rings. Service is fast but there's not much interaction, you place your order yourself, kinda missing that going out experience where you are greeted when you walk in. Pricing for me is a little steep for what you're getting and for the experience. Everything is also an add-on for toppings. Hats off to their customer service. I submitted a (not so nice) complaint this evening for missing stars for a previous order and they responded professionally and fixed the issue immediately. Let me start with this. I drove a half hour to try this burger and it didn't disappoint. The burger itself is very flavorful which I expected when I heard that they use fresh ground in house brisket. I had the Sizzle Stack Burger. The burger was cooked perfectly and the grilled onions and pickles were the perfect condiment. I opted for the house sauce on the side as I am basically a purist and want to taste the flavor of the burger not the sauce. The fries were also well cooked and well salted. The only thing that prevents me from giving 5 stars is that the failure to cover the whole burger with cheese is a major flaw to me. As you can see in the picture there is a square of cheese perfectly placed in the center of the burger. This leaves about 20% of the "cheeseburger" missing the cheese. The service we received was more than we expected for a place like this. The woman who took and delivered our order even came around mid meal to check on us. A+ for that. Hands down probably the best smash burger you can find and at an extremely fair price in a clean and pleasant environment. If only they can get the cheese right it would be a 5+. read more

The mushrooms were thinly sliced and gave a fine texture. The meal was filling and mildly savory. No need for add on for this one sandwich meal. The ordering process was a bit confusing for my first visit. You order on one of three screens. The last part asks for your table number. There is a box with fairly small numbers that sit on the far left side of the screens. Pick one when you start your order and it will save you time. There is no sign that shows you where the numbers are. I received my order at my table in about 5 minutes. All in all a pleasant experience. Will be back. read more

The burger itself was a solid smash-style burger, but I didn't love how adding a little pinch of shredded lettuce cost .50 cents. The meat lacked a bit of seasoning as well, which may have been a good thing considering the fries we got were too salty to eat more than a few of. And I love salt! This place is the definition of a pleasant surprise. We ordered our lunch Togo for our office. We were right about to get with love always, but opted to give this place a shot due to it being closer and the reviews being really good. I myself had the sizzle stack with truffle aioli. I regret not taking a photo before trying the food. Truthfully, THE BEST burger I've had. The quality of the meat... 10/10. Smash burgers can be hit or miss for me because they're either too salty or honestly get too thin. I felt this patty was the perfect balance. My coworker was told that they use the brisket 100%, so you don't get those random chewy pieces in the patty that you want to spit out. The grilled onions, pickle and truffle aioli all balanced each other so well. The truffle was not overpowering (even though I loveeeee truffle). My boss inhaled his burger because I even sat down to start eating my meal! The fries were delicious as well. Perfectly crispy. Nothing beats beef tallow fries. I do think I would ask for the fries to be less salt or no salt and add myself, but they were still so delicious. Usually the skinnier fries get hard, or stale or lose flavor/texture as they get cold but these stayed perfectly crispy and flavorful the whole time. Sorry no pictures... got too excited eating it. Truly an excellent burger, fries and customer service. Love the drawings on the wall too. They use brisket that they grind in house to make their burger patties, and they take the fat from the brisket to turn into tallow for their fries.
