    SCAMMERS. Tried to accuse me of damage to the vehicle after drop off. I had taken pictures of said damage at PICK UP luckily and emailed them connected to the claim-they replied that this didn't prove anything and wouldn't be closing the claim. I then had to be on the phone with an unprofessional and unqualified "representative" for 40 min only to send the same exact pictures and have it dismissed. This company is a scam and will also hold your THREE HUNDRED $ deposit for 15 days when they claim 3-10.

    This is one of the photo I took as soon as the employee gave me the car and as you can see, the scratch already existed.

    They added about $300 to my final fee for "something". I hope it ends there. I wish I had checked their reviews beforehand.

Enterprise showed up late to the drop off location and with another car that was much smaller than I am able to drive due to my height and back issues. Jimmy acted like because they were busy that permitted him to rent out the vehicle I specifically called and requested. No option was provided for me to make payment to solidify my exact reservation. The branch manager Jake then chimes in on the conversation stating that no specific car make or model could be guaranteed which is completely understandable, but this was never disclosed to me to any capacity by Jimmy beforehand. Enterprise dropped the ball big time and had to call around to other locations to find me a comparable vehicle which took an additional hour plus out of my schedule/travel time of my day. I would think twice and reconsider before renting from this specific location. I am loyal to Enterprise for my rental needs, but not loyal to inconsistencies with business practices in what is conveyed to customers versus what actually is company policy.

I made the reservation weeks ago and selected "Manager's Selection" before I knew it would be snowing when I arrived in April. Upon arrival, they insisted on trying to upcharge me $60+ for an AWD vehicle even though their own website and others were suggesting SUV rentals would be less expensive than what I was originally charged. Most rental car companies would insist on upgrading me after selecting "Manager's Selection" when snow was newly on the forecast and AWD vehicles were on hand. The manager proceeded to argue with me by saying that I could book online but I'd have to wait hours for my new reservation to come through their system! She also consistently lied to me saying that the price online was actually more expensive than what I paid. I eventually booked online elsewhere and saved $100 but had to shuttle back to the airport. Will never rent here again.

Called 7/9 and spoke to Michael at Richfield hertz location who advised another location picked up the car on 7/8 and charged from 7/4-7/8 in error. He also said that I would get a credit of 55 showing a return on the 4th. Asked him if the $55 was coming off the actual charge or the pending charge and I wanted to confirm the total amount I should have been charged as should only be 20% for 10 days so about 84.48. He said he doesn't have the info on what I'll fully be charged only what I'll be credited and advised I had to call the hertz billing number. He was extremely rude during our transaction.

I picked up my car without having to go to the counter early in the morning in Minneapolis and I just went straight out to the garage. That was a nice touch. I took a video of the outside of the car with my phone, noting any blemishes marks or dings as I didn't want to be charged for them when I brought the car back , I highly recommend using your phone camera to video the car. Then when you return it, you can show them what you took when you were there, renting it. I really appreciate Sean helping me at the gate. He checked my license and my registration number to make sure I have the right kind of car. And he even left the booth to come around to the car to help me connect my Bluetooth with the digital computer system , it wasn't hard. It was just tricky understanding the system in the car. For instance, I would've thought it was connected to the entertainment section, but it was actually through the communication category in the computer system in the car. Upon returning the car, I met up with Tony who was nice and personable asking me questions about my trip instead of just seeing me as another renter. It made me feel at ease that I was in the right place. Driving in was kind of confusing in that garage. It's dark inside the garage and I've never been there before. I showed him my concern since the car was brand new, with the console in the middle between the seats in the front because it seemed like a piece was missing. The car had very low miles, and I'm sure whoever put the car together at the factory forgot the piece. Anyways I showed it to him and he said he would get it taken care of and I wouldn't be charged for it. It was like that when I rented it but I didn't and discover it until I was hundreds of miles away during my trip. I must say I drive a Tacoma pick up in my daily driving, and this car was a lot of fun to drive. It was the smaller version of the larger CX30, and newer and it looked really good on the inside and outside. Classy! The only thing I didn't like about it was it seem like it didn't have a very big gas tank, and I was filling it up often on my trip up to Lake superior to the North Shore and through the town of grand Marais. All in all I was pleased with Alamo, especially the exceptional customer service of Sean at the checkout gate on July 3rd and the very helpful return service with Tony. From Arizona, first time to Minneapolis and renting a car on my own and driving up to Duluth, and then all the way up to grand Maras, on the North Shore of Lake superior, I trusted Alamo and felt like I was in good hands using that car. I had seen the name before, but never really paid much attention to it just because i was unfamiliar with it. This time I decided to chance it, and see what they were all about! Landing at MSP, the station for Payless can be a little tricky to find. After you take the short tram ride, the station is up the FIRST set of escalators and to your left. They're stationed right next to sixt (I think that's how you spell it haha), so if you see them you'll see Payless. Now there won't be an agent there, so you'll have to pick up the phone to arrange your pickup. Payless is located about 5-10 minutes away from the airport, so they provide free shuttle. A few folks claimed that they had waited for a while, but after we called they were there in about 15 mins, so I guess it varies?! Once there everything else is pretty normal. They ask if you want to upgrade and they'll tell you to note any scratches bigger than the size of a 1 dollar bill. Once that's done then you're on your way. Return was easy as well. Shuttle service begins at 4am, so you should be able to make your flight. The agent checks the car to be sure you filled up and then gives the receipt. Be sure to fill up prior to returning the car because they'll charge 10 DOLLARS PER GALLON! YES, GALLON! We had a few folks who forgot to fill upc, and of course they weren't very pleased with the outcome. Overall it was a pretty average experience. Not the best I've had and also not the worst. If they have locations on site, then I would probably use them again considering the cost.

When we got to the rental car area, Budget/Avis was the only company with a line. There was ONE person working. They know how many rentals there are as we tell them our flight information upon booking. We waited 1.5 hours to get to the counter and receive our car rental information. That is absolutely ridiculous, frustrating and outrageous. We paid the higher price to book a Suburban "or similar" as it specifically said there was more room for luggage. We did not get a suburban or even something similar. It was a cramped Infinity with nowhere near enough room for our luggage. We had to put one on the backseat in between my two adult aged kids and another one on the console in the middle row between me and my mom. (See photos) Gosh I'm getting worked up thinking about our terrible situation. The car had a horrendous, ANNOYING loud sound the entire time we drove it.
