I don't usually leave reviews like this, but people should know what they're walking into with Six Flags. This place is honestly the armpit of amusement parks. From the moment you walk in, it feels run-down and neglected. Nothing feels updated, clean, or well-maintained. You can tell this park has been left behind while others have evolved. It doesn't have that fun, exciting amusement park energy; it feels tired. The biggest issue? The lines. It honestly doesn't matter whether you pay extra for a fast pass; you're still standing around forever. And what made it even worse was that THREE separate times we waited in line, got close to the front, and then the ride shut down. No real explanation, no urgency to fix it, just wasted time. At that point, you're not even enjoying your day; you're just frustrated and stuck. What really crossed the line for me, though, was the condition of the animals. The fish tanks looked like they hadn't been properly cleaned in years. No real plants, cloudy water, just depressing to look at. It's 2026; there's no excuse for that. It didn't feel like care or respect for the animals at all. That alone made the place feel uncomfortable, and honestly, it shouldn't be allowed. We also ate at JB's Sports Bar & Grill, and that was another disappointment. The food was overpriced, low-quality, and tasted terrible. The ordering process was completely disorganized, with long waits, confusion, and staff who seemed overwhelmed. For what you pay, you expect at least decent food and a smooth experience, and this was neither. The overall vibe of the park just felt off. It attracts a certain kind of crowd, and combined with how run-down everything is, it doesn't feel like a place you want to spend your time or money. Bottom line: I would not recommend this place. Between the constant ride shutdowns, poor upkeep, questionable animal conditions, and bad food, it's just not worth it. Yikes. This is place is a disaster. Operations are abysmal. Operators are moving at a turtles pace with no enthusiasm. Clearly see many people cutting the lines and not do a single thing. Rides and "themed" areas are rusting and bare bones. Many rides broke down with no remorse from staff. They take their time trying to get it back up with no updates leaving people waiting in the hot sun. The animals look in despair. What was the thought process in putting creatures in small enclosures near screaming children and rollercoasters. I feel so bad for them. The red and white macaws are placed near a playground in which screaming children are running and throwing things. The alligators are placed next to a rollercoaster (Boomerang) that is a rumbling and loud environment. This is clearly not an optimal environment for any animal. It's cruel. I'm quite surprised with the current Six Flags company downsizing their park roster, they didn't think to sell off this dead weight too. I'm sure it wouldn't be too long till this park reaches its inevitable closure. Stay far away! read more

I bought a seasons pass online around the end of last year for about $65, which lets me enter the park whenever I want and gives me free parking until the end of 2026. I've since used the pass twice. I like that they have shuttles to bring us to the park and back to the parking lot. Both times I went the lines were short and go by fast. I am a little saddened by the news that they will close in the upcoming years. The workers here are very nice, friendly, and lively. Bathrooms are also clean. It's definitely not as busy as it used to be. read more

If you live in the bay area there are two options for a theme park - Six Flags and Great America. Both are fun and good alternatives to Disneyland. Disneyland got so expensive over the years.... everything got expensive over the years - but still if you live in the bay area you don't have to worry about hotels and long travel costs that come with going to LA. Little kids might enjoy Disneyland more and Great America and Six Flags is more aimed toward young adults. I like this park and have great memories especially as a kid - perfect to go to on a summer vacation for a day trip. Some roller coasters and some animal attractions. I had a great time at Six Flags even though a lot of the reviews I see are negative. Good: - We got the FLASH Premium pass and it was absolutely the right call - we barely waited in line, and when the Batman ride opened at night we got on after about 15 min in line instead of 90 minutes - We went for the Fright Fest as well, and the mazes were well done! I liked the haunted mansion the best, club fear wasn't that great since it was very empty and not as many actors inside. The spooky vibes were great and the actors seemed to have a good time - My favorite rides were the Joker, Batman, and the Wonder Woman Lasso ride, that's definitely the longest ride. Superman was also high thrill. - The park wasn't super busy on a Saturday, and parking was easy as well. Cheap passes but everything has an up charge and the concessions are horribly overpriced (think $11 soft serve or $18 16oz Modelo beer). The lines are slow making it difficult to get in too many rides with the late opening time. This trip I was bummed when the season pass I was given when I entered wasn't valid. I found out when I tried to get my 10% discount on food. I spent at least 1/2 hour in the guest relations line to get the pass error fixed. I was told if I wanted to get refunded the overcharged 10%, I could go back to the restaurant and try to speak to a supervisor. This was a big waste of my time for their error and it wasn't even completely resolved. The butterfly pavilion was a highlight. **sent my review and concerns to customer service as directed in the business response. Will update my review with follow up** Edited to include a pic of the response I received from customer service and a screenshot of gold pass perks. We had an okay time, but honestly, there's a lot that needs work. Let's start with the food--it's giving cafeteria food at gourmet prices. Dry, flavorless, and nothing I'd want to eat again. The burgers at the Grill tasted spoiled and were very dry. The fries were the only thing edible. For $20- i expect so much better. The bathrooms weren't much better. They really need to be cleaned more often, period. Spider webs from the last time I came to the park- in 2024... Do better. It already smells like wet dog, at least clean the toilets, floor and stalls. Now the chaperone policy--either enforce it fully or don't even bother. We saw so many kids, clearly under 16- walking around with no adult in sight. And where was security? We only saw them once or twice, and even then they were just walking past big groups of unaccompanied kids like it was nothing. The bus service? What happened to the ones from last season? The new setup is a mess. Not convenient at all, especially if you're coming in from out of the area. And don't get me started on the season pass/membership options. More expensive now with fewer perks. It feels like we're being charged more for less, and that's not it. They removed tiers from 2024, and for the same price you can only go to one park vs all parks from 2024. I understand they have bought Great America and all Cedar Point parks- why not include those parks in the seasonal price?? Why is everything now an extra charge? To top it off, a bunch of rides were shut down or not running the whole day. That's a big letdown when rides are the whole reason we came. Went last night for opening of freight fest. This review is for Six Flags in general not Freight Fest because the actors were all really cool , engaging. However there was a major incident in one of the houses I'll let you know later on . So I brought my daughter and her boyfriend and I had them bring hoodies because it was starting to get cold. Right as we got up there we were approached by security and they told us that he needed to remove his hoodie and take back to the car. There was nothing wrong with his hoodie . It was an expensive Bape Hoodie. So we had to rent a locker and leave in locker. The employees were being extremely rude about it . Nowhere on the rules does it say anything about bape hoodies . We definitely were being targeted. We spent a lot of money on season passes and had to buy everyone haunted passes because that is an extra charge. And we drove a long way to get to Six Flags. We shouldn't have to deal with rude staff giving us attitudes. I think it was ridiculous that he couldn't wear his hoodie . Now in 1 of the haunted houses my daughter was wearing her boyfriend's chain & Jesus medallion . When she was inside the haunted house someone grabbed and snatched the medallion off of her. She felt it but couldn't tell who because it was packed with people and dark. When she got out she was all upset and we were trying to find it . Staff said they weren't able to find it. And I had 1 staff member say why would you wear that here. We should be able to wear jewelry to an amusement park. Done so before never had a problem. It was a couple hundred dollars and I had to buy him a new one. This of course ruined our night so we ended up leaving and kids only got to do 2 haunted houses. Waste of gas , time & money!! My son loves Six Flags amusement parks. We have been to the Valencia, Ca location over a dozen times cause it's close to our house. We also took him to San Antonio last summer and he loved the rides there as well. This weekend we came to San Francisco so we decided to come to this Six Flags. We had a great time. The park is beautiful. So many cool rides that he loved so much. I was a big fan of the butterfly garden. Soooo beautiful. So many colorful beauties flying around. I visited them a few times while at the park. The picnic tables by the lake was also a good spot for me to hang out while waiting for the family to get on rides. Feeding the giraffes is a great idea but I kissed the feeding times. The dolphin show was so cool, we enjoyed it as a family very much. We had an awesome time het and highly recommend it to all. There's just something so special about butterflies, I've always loved them! They spend most of their life as a caterpillar and then get their wings in their final weeks. It's definitely not busy how it used to be like before like back in like 2006 or something lol. Don't expect this place to be Disneyland busy. But I like how it's not as crowded because yay shorter wait times and less crowd. But it's definitely an older establishment. I wish they upgraded the bathrooms. Also, made the attractions more lively. Food: try the funnel cakes Must try rides: all the rollercoasters but if I had to pick one it would be Medusa. Overall, coo place to go to for a day. Whoa! I'm surprised that this par has such low ratings. My family and I love to go to amusement parks and this was our first time here. We have an all park passport which allows us to visit all Cedar Fair and Sox Flags parks for a low price so it's a great deal! The park is small but provides a lot of bang for its size. The rides are smaller than other parks due to a limit on height because of a city ordinance. But they make up for it with ingenuity and creativity of the rides. Our favorites were Joker, Superman, and my daughter liked Cobra. Skip Kong if you want to avoid a jerky painful ride. I'm still not sure how I feel about zoos, aquariums and such. But since it was already connected to the park, we decided to check them out. The animals were super cute. I just wish they had a lot more space to move freely IF they have to be in captivity. We went on a slow weekday and operations seemed to run very smoothly. We didn't have any long waits, and were able to do some rides multiple times. I can see how things could be slow on a crowded day. We didn't eat any food as I don't usually find good food at six flags parks. It's always overpriced too. Parking is a long way from the entrance. But they have buses to take you to and from the parking lot for your convenience. We will definitely go back. But will make sure to go during off peak. read more

Great place for long little guys first amusement park experience! There is a whole section dedicated to little kids and most all of the rides were operating except the Pepe ride due to the weather. All of the ride facilitators/operators were especially helpful and pleasant to son. Some shouts to Danielle at the train and carousel and Shanice on the railway trains they were kind and so friendly making it's such a great experience! There were others and unfortunately I didn't snag all there names! We checked out the observer area of Seals Cove super cute it was feeding time so just in time for action. We say the sting rays and walked through the shark experience. Although it was smaller than expected but very cool even though my kiddo was scared. The butterfly exhibit was pretty awesome especially of your lucky enough to have them land on you. The attendants were friendly and made sure we knew the rules and even some helpful tips on getting one to land on you. The cons no wine options for people who don't drink beer or ciders. There should be more non beer options aside from white claws in tall cans. The animal shows are so far in between and only 3 times the whole day. Also on the weekday the hours are from 11-6. It would been nice to get there at like 9 or even 10 to get a head of the heat. read more

Note: This is a cashless venue. If this is a known fact, my apologies. This is my first time visiting this park, no where on their site does it state it is a cashless venue. I vent since I reset my phone and failed to add my cards back prior to our visit. I had nothing but cash trying to purchase food when I was told it is not accepted. Hubby had the Apple wallet. This was my daughter and I's first time visiting Vallejo's Six Flags, my husband's second. The season pass is good at all Six Flags and Great America venues. This summer we will travel to LA for their Magic Mountain and to Santa Clara for GA. With a season pass, general parking is included, which we have. Parking is a ways from the venue, there is a shuttle from the parking lot to the front of Six Flags which was incredibly convenient and easy to locate. Our 6 year old controlled the day, navigating us to the rides she desired. Our little person barely makes 48 inches, which is the minimum height for most rides for her to ride alone. One of us always rode with her, with the exception of the rides solely designated for the little people. Our daughter discovered two rides - Bug's Bunny Buccaneer and Sylvester & Tweetie's Pounce & Bounce. Bug's Bunny is a boat ride that swings back forth with some height for the littles. The Sylvester & Tweetie ride is like a drop zone ride for the littles that bounces vertically. We spent about 45 min with our little one running back and forth between the two rides. We MADE her stop and eat only to return to the same location, but not before she played in the play zone with shooting balls and obstacle play area off the ground. This place she visited twice and existed in for at least 30 min each play. Food here is subpar and overpriced like most amusement parks. Fish & chips ($18.99), chicken tenders ($19.99), hotdog (plain) with fries (plain) ($17.99). The highlight for me was the ICEE machine with 8-12 flavors to choose from. I enjoyed it greatly before my daughter and husband consumed majority of it. It was yummy! childhood memories in a long plastic souvenir bottle ($15). We arrived at the park around noon, it is now 6:50P. This is how bored I am, writing a Yelp review at an amusement park. My experience would most likely be fun filled in the absence of my little person, however today is her day and I love she's enjoying herself. With my daughter exclaiming, "This was my best day ever!" I have to say we did good! Enjoy your visit. Keep in mind the cashless part. Parking is $35 $50 and $65 (I believe) based on the level of parking you choose. The more expensive, the closer you park. The later you leave the park (closer to closing) the longer the line is for the bus shuttle back to your car (at least it appeared that way). Some families stopped waiting and took the pilgrimage back to their car. I will only revisit this park if my daughter requests it or my family gets together for the kids to have a fun day, which one of the other will most likely happen. One last note: DO USE ANY VENDING MACHINE at Six Flags. These are considered third party vendors and Six Flags does NOT ACCEPT ANY RESPONSIBILITY for any loss or incident that occurs with these machines. Be careful if you decide to get an all day dine for $169. You think it's worth it since you won't have to worry abt your food while at the park. But the truth is, most restaurants don't know a thing abt this and they will tell you it did not go through and they will let you pay for your order. Also, it will only allow you to order the cheapest products possible. Most of the employees we had the chance to interact seemed unhappy especially the lady cashier in Funnel Cakes! The water rides were not available so ask first if they are available before you go so you won't be disappointed as i was. Drove for two hours and it was not worth it. Review #39 for 2025 Went here recently with my family to meet up with a long time friend and her family. It's been a long time since I've been here, probably like 15 years, so I did not remember much about the park. The hubby and I have season passes that includes all the 6 Flags parks so we checked it out with our baby boy over the Christmas weekend... and we had a great time. The hours at this park kind of sucked, especially since during the winter it gets dark around 5pm. They opened from 2-9pm, which is a very late start and only gives you a few hours of daylight to enjoy the park. We really wanted to see the animals at the park but it got dark too fast and we were not able to do that. We got there around 230pm having come from Sacramento and parked in the preferred parking with my prestige pass. Getting to this park is really easy and it is not far after you exit the highway. The walk from the parking lot however, is quite a bit of a walk! They do have a shuttle but having the stroller and all, it was much easier for us to just walk than have to navigate the shuttle with a stroller. There was a long line of people waiting to get in, but security was pretty quick and the line moved fast. Inside they have a good mix of rides. It was pretty packed, so we only did a few rides, but mostly let our boy run of his endless energy. We went on a few kiddie rides with baby boy and he enjoyed it and the lines were pretty quick for the kid rides. They also have animals here, which is great for kids! We missed the sea lion show, but we caught the dolphin show. It was a fairly short roughly 15 minute entertaining show. We also caught the tree lighting and there was a Bugs Bunny Santa Clause. The Christmas lights and decor around the park was really cute and there were lots of photo ops as well. I personally liked the decor here much better than at 6 Flags Magic Mountain in SoCal. As far as food. Typical theme park food averaging about $20 for a meal, not including drinks. We have a meal and drinks plan with our passes which really saves a lot of money and makes it super convenient. The first place we ate at was called The Grill. We had the cheeseburger and chili cheese dog and both came with seasoned fries. It was an extremely salty meal!! The cheeseburger was really salty and the fries were also really salty, overly seasoned. The cheeseburger I has at Magic Mountain tasted much better and was actually pretty good. The chili cheese dog did not look really appetizing, so I left that for my husband to eat lol. Later in the evening we learned of the "food court" area that had a variety of foods and plenty of tables to sit at and enjoy your food. If you are looking for alcohol, this is where pretty much all the beer is sold. There was fish and chips, Korean corn dogs, and pizza. Those food options were MUCH better. We got fish and chips and the Korean corn dogs, both which were pretty good. The fish & chips were not salty and came with 3 pieces of fish with seasoned fries. The Korean corn dog was tasty, crispy and the batter was not overly thick. That came with your choice of a bag of chips or seasoned fries. I would get both of those meals again. I would pass on the cheeseburger and chili cheese dog. Would I come back? Yes! This park to me was better maintained than Magic Mountain which is closer to me. I wish Discovery Park was a lot closer to where we lived. I like that this park is basically a zoo and theme park combined! As far as food, I would recommend going to the "food court" area where there is more selection available. We went in with pretty low expectations, due to all the reviews. However, we had a fabulous time! :) All the staff were super friendly and attentive and paying attention. I was impressed! We went on Labor Day and it was not crowded at all. My son, who is autistic, has the accessibility card but we didn't need to use it as there were no lines. He's six and LOVED the water rides (there's two) and the Cobra roller coaster which is pretty mild but more intense than the kid section rides. He's kind of in that in-between stage where the huge rollercoasters are too intense but the kid section is too mild/babyish of rides. Warning - you will get soaked on the water rapids wide. We did not prepare for that lol but should've known as you walk by a dryer tool/option before getting on. The dolphin show was lively and fun. I loved that it wasn't packed so we could sit in the back shaded area, as we wanted to have an easy exit if the noise got to be too much for my son. He loved the show and it was the perfect length. You can bring snacks and drinks to the show too so that's nice. We got lunch via Johnny Rockets ned to the roaring rapids. Listen, all theme park/fair food is always overpriced lol so just...expect that? You can bring in your own food so I suggest packing all your favorite snacks. Some families even leave to grab lunch outside the park and return later, but you have to get a stamp. We didn't do that. We just ate our own snacks and grabbed a chicken nugget rocket meal from johnny's with some lemonades. The Rainforest Tour is SUPER COOL :) My son LOVED IT. You walk in and immediately see all these beautiful butterflies flying around and it's just so pretty. There's a small waterfall and pond area, and kids can walk behind the waterfall and follow the trail through the rainforest museum.My son loves The Hungry Caterpillar book so it was like a live version of that. We stayed in there a while :) Parking is quite a walk away and costs $35 for regular cars. There is a shuttle bus that will take you from the parking lot to the front entrance for free. Six Flags has some amazing thrill rides and we always enjoy the zoo and the variety of animals -- it's a great park overall, and that part absolutely deserves a 5/5. Unfortunately, the experience with guest services was extremely disappointing. We used the locker near the Superman ride, but when we returned to retrieve our belongings, the locker was broken. I reached out to customer support and was told someone would be radioed to help. An hour passed -- and no one came. Multiple staff members dismissed our requests for assistance. Eventually, I was able to speak with the manager, Dee, but that interaction was equally frustrating. Not only was there no solution offered, but there was also a complete lack of professionalism. She told us she had no timeline for when the locker would be opened. Because our phones and money were locked inside, we couldn't even buy food or water -- and despite waiting three hours, no one offered a food or drink voucher, or even a ride pass for the inconvenience. Dee simply repeated that she didn't know when it would be resolved and dismissed us. The one bright spot was a kind worker at the merchandise stand near Superman who genuinely tried to help -- we're very grateful for her effort. We three came before Christmas for a fun time, courtesy of my children's free passes obtained from being employed at GA. I remember we used to come here as a season pass holder in the past. Haven't been back for a very long time, with nostalgia back to the store, incoming was the newly found aftermath of motion sickness. The Joker made me nauseated. We did three rides, walked around the park and left. A few things were noted: 1. Everything was getting run down. Their holiday hours were between 2-9pm. It was half dead with light crowd when we arrived. 2. My perspective about entrapped animal performance has been shifted. I do not support animal live show any more. Therefore we did not watch any of them. 3. Food was outrageously expensive. $20 for three pieces of chicken strips and eating in the cold were not my thing. We decided to eat outside. 4. The stingray girl annoyed me when she commanded me to "wash hands before touching.", even though I absolutely had NO intention of touching them at all. Getting a closer look doesn't mean wanting to touch. She needs to lighten up her controlling streak as people generally don't like to be told what to do. 5. Parking is a whopping $40, with a long walk to the entrance. We parked on street near Franciscan apartments on Sereno Drive. It's probably about the same walking distance to entrance as their parking lot and it is free. The risk of break-in is the same as i heard six flags security is lethargic, just don't leave any valuables in the car and you will be fine. I never like paying for parking, esp. this much. It's a great venue to connect with loved ones while sharing adventures together. The purpose was well served. read more

I truly enjoyed my experience here, and even liked it better than my home park Six Flags Magic Mountain. Despite being smaller, I found it to be much cuter and enjoyable, and I also really appreciated the opportunity to see all the animals and butterflies. The park is relatively flat so it is much easier to get around, and since it is the holiday season, it was fun seeing all the extra Christmas lights they put up. My favorite ride of the day was Superman. I was sad that Medusa closed early because that was the ride I really wanted to go on :( I guess I will have to make the journey back up to the Bay Area to go on it and Boomerang, which had broke when I was in line for it unfortunately. Love the park! 2024 was the first time for fright fest and it was a 3/10 got the fast pass and stood in line and just about wasted my time not knowing I have to scan a QR code to book the ride. Only got to ride 1 ride by the time I figured it out. Besides the fact only like 5 rides were operating and didn't make sense. Talked to friends and they said all rides should of been open. Maybe it was a bad year or it was late? Going this year hoping its better because i believe in six flags and hoping they won't let us down. P.s also my boyfriend has never been to six flags so i'm trying to make the best experience for him and well they're making it hard for me.. Updating my review for this year. We didn't go as much as I'd like but the visits have been good. What I like is the great staff. They are always helpful and do what they can. They seem to need better management when it comes to some services. Some operations are just really slow or inefficient and it doesn't need to be that way. The app has worked well except for some troubles with the dining pass recently. The animal events have been well run. My daughter did the painting with dolphins special and it was magical for her and the family. I hope the new owners improve some of the operation. They have a lot of unused venues that could host live music and bring in big crowds. A music festival would be amazing. read more

First time here at 6 flags for their fright fest haunted house attractions. I normally go to Great America in the past for Halloween haunted house. Not sure if the day we went have less workers or something, but it seems like they don't have enough people to be hiding and scaring people. Lots of time, it's us turning corner and walking through multiple rooms without anyone. We also saw some dressed up workers finishing their shifts and walking out of the haunted house while there are still a long line of people waiting. Really don't seem like there are enough people hired. Not worth the money we paid for the daily ticket + haunted house maze pass :( read more

What has happened to this place! Parents!!!! Do not let your teens come here unsupervised!!!!!!! Not only is it so expensive but the people were so ghetto!!! Fights left and right! Teens disrespecting authority. Feels so unsafe. We chaperoned our teens here for the freight night and I would never let them come back here alone. I'm not an over protective parent too who doesn't let her teens explore so it says a lot for me to say- keep them out of this place. read more

Great park for kids (42" and above) with lots of family friendly rides and basically no wait on a Thursday during spring break. Check isitpacked for wait times or their online app. We had so much fun going on rides nonstop. The prices of the food are quite pricey though... $20 for a turkey leg or $10 for popcorn... geez... just bring your own food in a backpack. read more

We just got our gold season pass and what a day. It was not very packed and we enjoyed ourselves. We had chicken strips and fries. It was $24 but I'm glad my daughter enjoyed the taste. Food was fresh and hot and cashiers were attentive. Wish i could have seen some Characters. read more

The rides here are fun, but everything else was just kinda meh. Food was also just okay--chicken strips and fries were solid, but the pizza, however, was not delicious. My biggest gripe was the lack of shade. After getting wicked sick and almost barfing on that boat ride that almost flips you (still don't know the name), I just needed a spot to sit and cool off, but unless you're fine crouching on a curb, good luck. read more

The staff are so Rude and their lines are so slow and they make us wait 30 minutes per ride if you wanna ride again even if you have a fast past and if no one's in line. That's why the Six Flags in LA is better than whatever this place is. read more

Note that my kids was in the park with no chaperone the whole time after I got kicked out for calling out Derek as an a**hole. Dear Six Flags Discovery Kingdom Guest Relations Management, I am writing to express my profound disappointment and humiliation regarding an incident that occurred during our visit to the Fright Fest event today, @1730 - 10OCT2025. For years, our family has enjoyed coming to your park, but our experience was soured by the actions of a Security Supervisor a**hole name Derek and what I believe was an unnecessary and excessively harsh punishment. My family and I traveled 40 minutes away from home for the event. As I was feeling very tired, I told my children to go in ahead of me while I rested in the car, as I was not aware of the chaperone policy details. When my kids arrived at the gate, they were informed about the policy, which requires minors to be accompanied by an adult. My 16-year-old son, who I raised to be thoughtful and considerate, misunderstood the policy. In an attempt to get inside and not inconvenience to me so I could rest while waiting, he respectfully asked a stranger if they could help him and his siblings/cousins/friends comply with the chaperone rule to get in. My son called me when Security held them, so I rushed from the car parking to see them. To our shock and dismay, the Security Supervisor immediately labeled my son's action as a serious offense, providing no warning whatsoever. He was denied entry and, most unbelievably, was given a 30-day ban. I tried to explain the situation to the supervisors and managers present, but no one showed any empathy or willingness to offer a one-time courtesy warning for a clear case of ignorance of a specific rule. The supervisor appeared to be on a power trip and lacked the common sense and compassion that I expect from a customer service-focused business. He really expects me to leave him behind by himself while my other kids are and I are in. Singleling out my son is a straight bully move. The worst part that they have completely ignored the policy by allowing my other kids to be in the park without chaperone just to get me out of the park for calling Derek an a**hole for what he did. The punishment of a 30-day ban is extremely harsh and completely disproportionate for a simple misunderstanding. My son was not attempting to cause trouble; he was trying to follow what he believed was a solution to a new rule. As a military veteran, the idea of "never leaving a family member behind" is deeply ingrained in me. I was not going to leave my son outside alone, and the lack of empathy from your staff put our family in an impossible and humiliating situation. This incident was unnecessary and has left a lasting negative impression on us, particularly my son. The supervisor's approach was bad for business, especially considering our history as loyal, annual visitors. We have never had an issue before today. I kindly request that you reconsider the ban placed on my son, full refund of my our tickets, and a one-time courtesy warning would have been more than sufficient to address the situation.
