I took my daughter here twice and both times her bangs were cut at uneven lengths. We had to fix it at home. The hairstylist the last time (Courtney) was very rude to my daughter for being too fidgety (she's 4 btw and sat very still all things considered, but if she fidgeted, can't you manage that as a kids' hair stylist without shouting sternly at her and then me?). To top it off, while Courtney was cutting my daughter's hair, another stylist walked over to gossip about the client who just left and her mom. This place is toxic and does a poor job. Avoid if you can. The lady in the front desk is super rude and don't care if you have a schedule an appointment ahead of time. I scheduled my both girls at 1230pm and when we arrived she said the appointments were 12.30 and 1.10pm I asked her, why my email confirmation said both cuts were schedule at 12.30, she took away my phone of my hands when I showed her and said: that's not from us. (IT IS) I told her please don't take away MY phone from my hands. Her response: if you are not happy, you can leave. Obviously we left. And will never come back. I'll take my business where people is more respectful for the time and stuff of their clients! read more

We have been to this location twice, and both experiences were wonderful! I have two kiddos on the spectrum: One is fairly fearful of new experiences, and the other is unpredictable about how he will react. My daughter (the nervous one) had her first haircut AND first mini manicure done by Mady, who was sweet and patient and did a fantastic job. Lindsey worked with my son, and she was wonderful with his curly cut despite his unexpected protests, erratic movements, and general uncooperativeness. They second they were done he had a lollipop, and he hasn't stopped playing with his hair and checking out his reflection and smiling since. It looks great! I brought my daughter here 2 years ago for her first bob haircut with Lindsey (we chopped off 8 inches at the time) and the cut was absolutely AMAZING and grew out beautifully, so I didn't think twice about booking here again for my daughter for another bob haircut. She ended up getting Courtney this time and unfortunately, we were so incredibly disappointed with the final result. The bob is completely uneven in all areas around the head, its choppy, its thick in some places and not in others- it is definitely not what we were hoping for. My daughter was so excited to chop off almost 8 inches of her hair again to have this modern looking bob- but that is not what she got in the least. We will be finding another salon to go fix it so it can grow out decently. I don't mind paying good money to get her hair the way she wants it (you get what you pay for) BUT I just spent $78 dollars for this haircut at this salon and it is definitely not what I paid for nor expected. It really does matter who you get here. I'm sure getting simple cuts this place will do just fine- but anything more I would do my research with the stylists or go elsewhere. read more

We had the best experience at this salon. We had an appointment with Ana and she gave our little guy the best haircut (we walked in with hair long enough for a lil' man bun thanks to corona and 9 months of growth) and even walked me through the steps on how to style it, taking into consideration my son's hair texture and the direction in which it grows. We loved the haircut (I was actually quite sad about losing the length but Ana made his hair look amazing - a short pomp which can be styled formally which we were needing or styled in a cute, fun fashion). The salon was adorable and super clean. I would definitely say this is a classier version of the regular fun kid salon; same appealing cars to get your kid's hair cut in, except wooden instead of plastic, they still offer kids shows and lollipops ... but they also offer the parents sparkling water, cold brew and wine so you bet I'm coming back! The salon had some really cute clips for sale and they offer sparkle strands hair extensions and mini-manicures so I'm looking forward to bringing my daughter here too. read more

This is what we have been looking for in a kid-oriented salon! The décor is kid friendly but not over stimulating and the car themed chairs and tablets were a win for us! The overall salon was SUPER clean and had a lot of fun retail to browse, I got some good gift ideas for this upcoming birthday! We were warmly welcomed into the salon and really I appreciated how after the initial discussion of what we were coming in for, the conversation and attention was directed to my little one instead of me. Don't get me wrong--I was immediately offered a beverage, and made comfortable during the service, but the staff did a wonderful job of making my mini me feel "grown up" and special! We ended up BOTH getting sparkle strands, which I highly recommend if you (or the other parent ) are not ready to allow your child to have color in their hair. We've had the sparkle strands in our hair for 3 days now and they still look great after washing, brushing and heat styling! We also indulged in a sparkle tattoo (because spring break!) and that came out awesome too! Still looks great even after a bubble bath! So incredibly happy we found this place. We ended up having some spare time on a Saturday and knew we'd been procrastinating getting our sons hair cut. After calling 3 other places with no availability we spoke with Leslie and she ensured us she'd work us in somehow. From the second we walked in we were greeted and asked if we would like something to drink. Everyone was so sweet and accommodating we truly can't say enough nice things. I cannot say enough good things about this kids salon. My three-year-old daughter had still never had a real haircut (because pandemic), and Ana knew just how to cut her hair to make it look thicker yet still long. She also added on a little braid with glitter. The decor is kid-friendly, but not overstimulating, and they have a very cute little retail area that's going to be dangerous for my wallet.
