My husband and I can not say enough good things about Diego! From helping us pick a mattress to helping us reselect a mattress and everything in between he was nothing short of awesome. He also appreciates good dad jokes! We were in his store more than people should probably be in six months and every time he was there helping us and answering all our questions. Diego is knowledgeable and friendly and we very much recommend going to see him. read more

Sit 'n Sleep - Sit 'n Sleep is the best place to buy a new mattress!!! - Mattresses Near Me - Fullerton, California

I've never thought of buying an expensive mattress before but I have bought multiple on the internet new and only to realize they were the worst ever that's what I get for going cheap 4 mattresses and all junk. I came to sit next to sleep with my guard up expecting to be ripped off only to meet Robert Cueva and put me on their scientific backed machine to determine the best mattress for me and it was a game changer!!! He gave me 60 days guarantee to try it out and do an exchange if I wasn't happy. I love this fricken bed, finally a bed to fall asleep in and sleep all night! I bought the hybrid and it is the best bed ever!! I git the adjustable base and OMG I put my feet up and I fall right asleep and to watch tv the bed makes it to watch but beware you'll fall asleep! I love this bed, no lies I swear you got to try the machine that helps you find the one to get your best sleep you won't regret it give it a shot you'll see you have to put up or shut up or be stuck with those horrible beds off the internet and regret it every time! This time I know I got the right bed to put me to sleep this Hybrid bed is the bomb!! read more

During the President's Day Sales event., Walter C helped us purchase a Tempur-Pedic mattress. He was patient with us and explained and answered all our questions. He was accommodating and did not use a strong push for sales. He stood by with us for over an hour until we finally pulled the trigger for the purchase. I appreciate your help. read more

BUYER BEWARE!!! I can't stress to you enough that Sit 'n Sleep are LIARS. We purchased our $2000 mattress in 2019 from Dave Fazek who apparently no longer works there. He told me, my husband, and my sister (who were present during the transaction) that the mattress would not sag and the 20 year warranty for this particular mattress would cover any sagging more than half an inch. I would NEVER have bought this mattress without the tolerance being half an inch as I've ended up with saggy mattresses before and wanted something of quality. A few months later it sagged and I woke up with back pain every morning. No matter if we rotated the mattress, the sagging would appear after a night. I was told that it's just normal body impressions. Fast forward a couple years later, and I still wake up with terrible back pain. I started to notice that when I slept on other beds, my back was fine. I called their customer service and they sent out a technician to measure the sagging. I asked the technician what the measurement read and he said 1.25". I called Sit 'n Sleep to get their report and they said that the sagging was under an inch therefore I would have to deal with King Koil in regards to the mattress. I don't understand how they got under an inch when the technician told me and my husband 1.25". The customer service rep said that the tolerance for my mattress is actually 2 inches. Regardless, the sagging is still more than what we were originally told at the time of purchase which was half an inch. I will NEVER, EVER buy from Sit 'n Sleep again and they can be sure that ALL my friends, family, and clients know not to as well. read more

These days it is rare to find a salesperson who is genuine, and not only looking for the next sale. But Robert Cueva, the store manager in Fullerton has been one the most sincere, honest, and helpful people I have had the pleasure of doing business with. He helped me and my wife with our first adjustable bed. And for the past 2 years we upgraded, had a warranty issue, one return, bought a second bed set. And Robert was there for us the entire time. He went above and beyond to provide excellent service, to ensute that we were completely satisfied, and was just an all around cool person. If anyone is looking for a new bed, Robert is the man to see. Highly recommeded. Thanks. read more

Diego helped us with our purchase of a new mattress, bed frame, headboard, and pillows. He was very personable and we kinda "clicked" from the start. I'm a very busy but easy going guy and don't have time to waist so I appreciate when someone is straight forward, has good character, and a good attitude. We did the research, did the math, and he ended up giving us a sweet deal. We are very happy with our purchase and if we know anyone that needs a new mattress we will definitely send them to sit n sleep and tell them to ask for Diego. Thank you brotha, I can't wait for a good nights sleep! Hallelujah! read more

Where to begin with how great they are here. I went to this location with tunnel vision because I planned on buying off the Tempur-Pedic website. I just wanted to be sure about my investment. Dave greeted me and next thing I knew I was buying a mattress from him. He's a phenomenal sales man and I don't mean the ones who seem like they are going to rip you off. I truly felt he was honest, sincere, informative and incredibly personable. He guided me in the right direction and made me feel confident about my decision. Also a side note: he was helping me and another family at the same time, can I just say how great he was at multi-tasking. I never felt like my time was wasted or compromised and he juggled the timing of both of us perfectly. Floyd (the manager) helped me the next day buy a foundation and I can say the same about him. These guys are truly great at what they do and I feel they are there to accommodate you the best way they can. Easy to get a hold of, great communication and very effective. Delivery was quick, I could've gotten my bed two days later or scheduled a specific date. The price includes delivery and they pick up your old mattress. The guys who showed up were great. They got in and out of there very quickly. The Tempur-Pedic mattress is a dream. It is a little firmer at first, but I found that to be a good thing. It's incredibly comfortable. I was told there might be a smell but I didn't notice one. I love everything about my new bed. I wish I could rate Dave and Floyd 10 stars! Thank you for being great men that you are and thank you for the quality purchase. read more

UH mayzing experience. The bed I was sleeping on was so old and uncomfy. I've been tossing and turning and sleeping terribly. Dave was there with a welcoming face as soon as we came in the door. After taking us through bedmatch we found the perfect beddddd and got new pillows and sheets because we fell in love with the samples on the floor. Dave litterallyyyy met every single one of our needs and was so fun and chill. Thanks Dave! You're the best and we appreciate you!! read more

Went back to this location after 9yrs to upgrade some things- New Mattress for myself, new bedframe for guest room and automation piece for my Parent's bed to help them get up and recover from surgeries easier. Dave was very attentive and helpful. I am Grateful for his input and happy to hear I have 31-90 days to maybe change (minus restocking fees) my mind and go back to a softer option- but giving the new one a solid effort. The delivery guys: Hector (really accommodating, friendly and helpful) and Henry (kept things moving along efficiently) helped make the Purchase feel like a Good Move overall. read more

After months of avoiding shopping for a mattress we finally went looking today. At first, I was skeptical of going to one of the big chain stores, thinking it would be too expensive or that we'd eat pressured into spending money not in our budget like we had been at other places. I'm glad we visited Sit n Sleep before anywhere else! The manager Floyd was so helpful and we didn't feel pressured at all! He took his time with us, and helped us figure out what mattress would be the best for us and our budget. He was very informative and more interested in helping us than just making another sale. It meant so much to feel like we had someone on our side in this process. I highly recommend Sit n Sleep Fullerton to anyone looking for a new mattress! Today was my very first time buying a mattress. And I could not be more more happier with the experience. I was actually ready to go and check out 3/4 different stores, but after reading reviews I decided to make sit n sleep my first store and I am very glad I did. Floyd was the store manager who helped my family and I. He asked about concerns and what we wanted for our bed. he even asked up front what our budget was- and I'm glad he did. He was very respectful of our budget and didn't try to push us in one direction just what we felt comfortable with. Floyd helped us find a frame and mattress that addressed exactly what we wanted and was looking for! I loved how honest/genuine he was with us. Side note- delivery was included and haul away of old mattress which was a bonus for us! read more

It was my first time with my fiancé to buy a mattress, and we did not feel pressured to make a decision or to buy. We already had an idea of the type of mattress we wanted (foam) and he showed us options that we might like. Who helped us was David, the first visit he gave us the chance to look at beds and answered questions we had. We wanted to keep our options open and look at other stores before purchasing, and he was very respectful about it and helped us walked out with an estimate. Throughout our 1-2 hour visit, he never pushed Us on anything. After looking other places and waiting for possible Black Friday sales, we realized that David gave us a good offer on the bed and frame we were looking at and we decided to go back. On the second visit, we managed to buy what we needed and David helped make the overall process smoothly :) he was very honest and respectful and I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy a mattress! read more

I would give zero stars but one it is! Purchased a bed 15 months ago. Wasn't top of the line but $1600.00 should last more than a year. I called and told them the bed was falling apart. It has huge lumps and is sinking in many areas. I am the only one sleeping in it and weigh 140 lbs. They referred me to some 3rd party to come "inspect" the mattress. I contacted them in August and was given an appointment almost a month later for the inspection. I need a Saturday so I had to wait. Got a call the day before saying they had to fire the inspector that was scheduled to come. I rescheduled for another month later. Got a call the day before saying this inspector was exposed to covid. So once again I made an appointment for another month away. Of course I was called the day before saying this inspector had a family emergency. At this moment I have given up and sleep on the couch because my back cannot take another night of this. I honestly am so fed up I may dump the mattress at their front door. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! read more

My 86 year old, retired US Navy Senior Chief father has been needing a bed for a couple of years. Due to covid, he'd been putting off mattress shopping: Finally, Sit and Sleep advertised a 50% off Veteran's Day sale! Dad is excited and says it's time to shop. When we get to the store, dad is proudly wearing his Retired Navy ball cap with decorative pins. The salesman greets and immediately asks him about his service. He and dad chat about it for a few minutes before we start shopping. Dad finds a bed he likes, we say we will take it. The salesmen writes it up, and the price is the full price with no discount. I ask about the sale price. The salesman points to the tag and says "that's the price"; but there was no discount. I ask about the discount and sale, and the man points across the store and says, "oh, that's on select mattresses and doesn't apply to this one". I ask dad if he wants to go look at the others, he says he's too tired. The salesman chimes in and says he will take $300 off the cost of the bed dad has chosen. Dad says it's ok and within his budget, so he buys it. The salesman also tries to sell him a couple of mattress pads and a pillow. Dad agrees to the pillow, an $80 pillow. Dad mumbles that he knows he's overpaying but he got to feel it and it will save a trip to find another less expensive one. Delivery day comes, dad notices the pillow is the wrong size. He calls the store, they tell him to refuse the pillow , he can come select another one. That works for dad! Until a week later when he decides his back is bothering him enough he doesn't want to go. He calls the store, they offer a refund and tell him it will be 7-10 days for it to show in his account. Dad thinks it's funny his payment went through the same day but money back takes that long. The credit doesn't show up. He's now called the store several times looking for his refund, and the last time he called he said that the way they are treating him feels like financial elder abuse. He feels he's getting the run around and won't get his money back. He hasn't seen it yet. I had vetted this chain by going to a store near me. I'd been impressed with the salespeople and company, so I recommended this store to dad. I'm embarrassed at the way he has been treated. The Veteran's Day sale felt like bait and switch. That salesmen KNEW dad was a vet and never mentioned the sale. He could have showed dad those mattresses first or mentioned the sale terms before leading him to the back of the store for the more expensive models. He waited until I made a fuss before offering any discount. We are.not cheapskates. Dad had the money to afford whatever he wants. Maybe the salesman could tell. I don't know. But I sure don't like how he has been treated and I wouldn't shop there again. Oh. And PS...he still hasn't received the pillow refund. It's been five weeks. Shame on you. read more

I have now bought both my mattresses from this store and both times have been amazing experiences. The first time was from the sales representative Bob and this most recent time from Chris. I purchased a hybrid queen bed and headboard, and the whole experience was fantastic. The headboard was priced a little over $100 more than other places, so Chris matched their price! AMAZING. I'm not one to write a lot of reviews on yelp, but I had to come on and let everyone know how superb Chris and Bob are at this store, and everyone should definitely go to this store from now on for their mattress needs. Thank you so much for being awesome! :) read more

I found Javier Villalpando to be the most helpful and trustworthy sales rep for shopping at Sit 'n Sleep. Not only is Sit 'n Sleep the best place to go shopping for a new bed because I can see and try all the mattresses and bed frames in person (which is not possible when shopping online) but Javier matched any of the lowest prices I found on the internet including Amazon. Javier even threw on more promotions that I was not aware of which made me feel 100% sure that I would not have any buyer's remorse shopping at Sit 'n Sleep. Javier was also incredibly patient and kind to my mother for whom English was not her first language. After years of sleeping on a terribly worn mattress, we decided to look around for a new one. After lots of online research and going to a place the day before, we ended up at Sit 'n Sleep and we were so fortunate that Fred was there. He asked us a few questions and based on our answers picked out the PERFECT mattresses for us to try. He also suggested a few pillows but at no point did I feel like he was pushy, or rushing us. He let us lay around and hop back and forth from bed to bed and didn't bother us or pressure us AT ALL. At some point, we just lay in one of the beds talking about how cool Fred was. We ended up ordering a bed right then and there and we cannot wait to try it. Thanks Fred for all your help, patience, and knowledge. read more

Extremely disappointed. Came here based on the reviews. Got here at 12:25 and saw the attached note with the clock stating they'd return at 11:55 (which I assumed was meant to say 12:55) so we waited in our car for 30 minutes. They guy rolls up and goes inside around 12:45. Again we waited for it to be 12:55 per the clock and as we walked up we noticed the clock now said 1:25. Very frustrating because we waited 30 minutes for nothing. It should've initially said 1:25 to begin with if that was his plan. It was very misleading. read more
