After that we proceeded in picking a good bed I had a few questions about replacing a bed frame went over to a desk where two people were just looking at a computer to my later knowledge found out it was the manager asked her a question and she totally disregarded us and told us to go to the representative whom was helping out my mother she didn't answer a simple question. WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!!!!!!! first of all they decide to call me the night before my delivery to say my mattress was on back order and not going to be delivered for another week. This upset me! I agreed to wait even though I wanted to cancel my order. So today the mattress is supposed to be delivered and their AWFUL so called delivery service gives me a 4 hours window of when they plan to deliver. HA! did they come? NO! So I call and speak with a "supervisor" named DENISE who has absolutely NO empathy for the fact that I have now waited ALMOST 2 WEEKS for my delivery. I of course am furious all I asked was for at least a courtesy call to find out that my delivery would be late and she said its not her responsibility. Then she even had the balls to threaten to cancel my order. She threatened me with a dumb email she is typing up to the supervisor of sit n sleep with a copy of our recorded call. Then I demand to know the name of the "delivery service" and she refuses to tell me and then lies and comes up with a random name. SIT N SLEEP REALLY NEEDS TO RETHINK THEIR CONTRACT WITH THESE AWFUL PEOPLE. I WILL NEVER AGAIN DO BUSINESS WITH SIT N SLEEP AND I WILL ENSURE ANYONE I KNOW DOES NOT DO SERVICE WITH THEM EITHER. Denise at the delivery service first tells me they are not affiliated with sit n sleep after she hung up on me I called back and the nice girl that answered that time said yes in fact they are affiliated with sit n sleep. So after lies and disrespect I do not even know what to believe. On a side note the delivery guys are nice.... funny thing they claim they work for a delivery service called DSI... Good to know they will be getting my next review. I am not editing my response because Salia (customer service rep) from Sit N Sleep called me and apologized and asked what she can do to better my experience. If I ever do business again with sit n sleep I would like to deal with Salia and only her! (I truly hope I am spelling her name right because she deserves a raise for get efforts and empathy) I thank Salia for wanting to improve my customer experience. Thank you! read more

I have never used a computer program nor an adjustable bed to find the right amount of support for me. I am glad this location provides something to help make a more custom selection on firmness based on what the computer deems needed. It will also goes thru questions such as if you mainly sleep on your back, side, stomach, and other questions based on your health. I learned a lot about beds, materials, and even was impressed with the adjustable bases now available. Check out the zero gravity choice, it definitely removed some pressure off of my back and seems like a really comfortable sleeping position. I have put the adjustable base on my wish list. I was helped by Johnny Maldonaldo and he helped me decide on a new bed and box spring. He also found a great pillow for me, the Aireloom nimbus pillow. He helped me try out different beds, pillows, and let me have some time to relax on a few beds to get a feel for them. I must have been there for at least an hour. I also like the interest free financing available, delivery was included, and all the information Johnny provided. He also worked with my budget, I would of loved to have an Aireloom mattress, but I am not quite there yet. I can say with his help, I made an educated purchase and not just a random mattress purchase like most of us do. If you are looking for a new bed, check this place out and ask for Johnny, he is there to help you. read more
