My grandmother was in need of a new mattress so like a good granddaughter I took her to Sit & Sleep. Angie Jones was very patient and I mean patient. My grandmother is very traditional woman that is set in her own ways. Angie was able to convince her to try their bed matching technology and find her the perfect mattress. Thanks Angie! read more

My husband and I went into this store a few weeks ago and were met by Mike Soqui. We were looking for a bed for our guest room and he showed us mattresses in our price range and never tried to oversell us. He was patient and knowledgable about the products. When we got mesmerized by some of the new tech available that would show us what bed would be comfortable for our own room, he explained how it worked and answered all of our questions. There was no push to try to get us to buy another bed that day. When we are ready, though, we will absolutely return. Tons of choices and informed salespeople. Can't go wrong with that combo. read more

I had a great experience with Robert C. He was attentive but not too pushy. He worked with us and at the end of the day we were satisfied with the deal that we received. My dad has been in need of a mattress for a while now and I decided to stop by based on a friends recommendation. We were approached by Robert Cueva who was very friendly and was very knowledgable. I had come in with intentions of using the technology they had to identify the best mattress based on personal needs (I forgot the name of the system). Once we knew what type of mattress best suited our needs we tested out a few and decided on the best one. Robert introduced us to the various type of bases that we could purchase besides your standard box spring. It was an enjoyable experience seeing what a difference a base would make and how to maximize the use of your new mattress. We had a little hiccup when it came to financing but Robert worked his magic and we made some adjustments and were able to leave very satisfied customers. Keep up the great work! read more

We brought a mattress at Sit' n Sleep back in September 2017 but we were busy settling into our new home and decided that our Sleep Consultant Jesse Lucero deserved to be given review since he left a great impression on us. We got a 2/3 Beautyrest Black Mattress at a great price, a little over 1/2 off!! (we also bought a headboard with a 4 drawer base, and the frio mattress cover) Finally slept on the bed last night & no complaints- very comfy indeed. As far as our experience with Sit 'n Sleep: Robert was our sales rep, he greeted us as soon as we walked in and took care of us. He was great & very patient, which I appreciate because we went in there completely unaware of what we wanted to take home... all we knew is that we needed a new mattress no matter what. :) Took us about 2-3 hours to find a mattress and finalize our purchase. As for the delivery, we had a little mix-up when the bed was delivered.... So, there were 3 headboards/base we were looking at; beige, gray, and brown... We automatically discarded the brown as it doesn't match with our current room set, finally we decided on the beige one!! Somehow, this was mixed up and we ended up getting the brown one. I phoned Sit 'n Sleep about 20-30 mins after delivery (I was so stoked about our new bed that I did not realize it was the wrong color) and spoke to Johnny about the mix-up. He assured me he would call Customer Service and ask for an exchange and dispute the restocking fee since clearly this was not my error. All in all, he got it resolved quickly & we will be getting our new and correct (hopefully) headboard and drawer base on Friday! As for the gentlemen delivering the mattress... They were very speedy, within 30-45 minutes they had taken our old mattress and installed the new bed. Somehow a decorative piece over my door was knocked down, no biggy- but, I would've appreciated them notifying me instead of just setting it on the dresser. The younger guy was very polite and tried his best at answering my inquiries.... however, the older guy was a bit rude when I asked about the bed frame... When I was at the store they told me I could have the bed installed on the floor or with the legs (more elevated) they suggested I ask the guys building the bed to show me how to do this... So when I asked- the younger one was trying to explain and asked his co-worker a question about it- it almost felt as if the older man got annoyed and didn't want to be bothered with more work... I felt bad and told them no worries, i'll call the store and ask if I have any questions, thanked them for their help, and waved them bye. All in all, we had a good experience despite the mix-up. They have a few things to work on but they definitely made up for it. Would recommend this place and would definitely go back. read more

I had purchased a mattress in Glendale and it turned out that it was defective. I called the company, a young man came out and agreed. A week went by and i still had not heard anything. I called the company again and the young lady told me that a letter had been sent out and for me to go to the store and get another mattress. I went back to Glendale and the same salesman was there. He told me he was the supervisor and the only salesman. I wanted to buy another more expensive mattress and asked for a discount. He responded "We don't give discounts and you have two weeks from today to buy a mattress". I told him that I had not even received the letter and he said "You told me, and I will write it down that you have two weeks from today". I said to my self "you fuc@#$@ idiot, I will NEVER buy a mattress from you" and left. The next day I called City of Commerce and Jackie Martel answered the phone. What a delight. I told her what the idiot had told me and she said "he gave you the wrong information", that I had three months if I wanted and apologized for his rudeness. I wanted to buy the technogel top of the line mattress, and that I would buy it over the phone if she gave me a discount. Jackie said "Hold on" she came back with a nice discount and I got the mattress over the phone and two days later received it and loved it (this call was maybe 20 minutes). I am an educated Latin American retired LA PD Officer with a beautiful home in Glendale and have rental properties in Burbank. Soon i will have to buy a mattress for a furnished rental that I have and will call Jackie Martel again and buy it over the phone. Jackie, you are amazing with a good head on your shoulders. Muchas Gracias. read more
