I knew that it is on the east side of US-97 that means that I had a choice of trying to turn left across the traffic or find a way to be going north on the highway. I was lucky and found a hole in the northbound traffic for an easy entry into the car wash. I was met by a young man who took my order and processed my credit card. Meanwhile, another young man directed me into the machine and was joined by two other men who folded my outside mirrors and used brushes to clean my pick up. I then went though the machine. Once outside, I walked around my pickup to fold the mirrors back into their normal position and inspect the quality of the wash. I was very satisfied and will return to Wet Willys Car Wash.

I would absolutely go here again, I was able to get my car washed in a matter of minutes while here. A few things, I rolled up my window a bit late and got sprayed a bit. My wife says that's my own fault. I drove out fairly slow, but I'd just drive out as slow as possible like a tortoise to get the most out of the drying air jets on exit. So I gave these guys a shot and I was so happy I did. They didn't try to upsell me with needless services using a scare tactic that if I didn't do it my motor would blow up. In fact, the lead tech came into the office with a grimace on his face in what looked like preparation for an argument from me about what was recommended. I read my owners manual and was aware of the need for full synthetic oil. He seemed relieved when I agreed with him on the synthetic oil and the cost of it. There was no attempt to upsell me at all and consequently I go back here every time I can and recommend them to anyone who needs a referral to a good lube shop. Good news: after they put up the Phillips 66 sign I was nervous that they had been bought up by a big oil company... which they may have... But my wife took her car in a couple weeks ago and found the same great, no-BS service remains. They're really friendly guys that work there, too.
