Our family purchased a 2023 Jayco Eagle 335RDOK from Willie's remotely. We live in Florida and were…read moresearching for this specific model. We were only able to find this at Willies RV, the price and model were unbeatable. We were hesitant of purchasing from another state because we did not have a tow vehicle nor did we want to spend the money for the drive or tickets. We spoke with our salesman, Bert and the Financier, Josh of how we would purchase this RV, and ultimately have it delivered, to another state so far away. Not only that but we wanted a third party inspector to ensure the RV was everything we wanted. Bert, Josh, and Ryan, the service center lead, all worked together and made themselves available every step of the way. They went above and beyond to help us purchase the model we wanted, have it inspected, and then have it delivered a couple thousand miles away. The entire process was seamless and so fluid you would begin to question why anyone would even need to make a purchase in person. The team was caring, empathetic, understanding, and made sure our every need was met. They made themselves available to every single phone call. Evelyn, their receptionist was one of a kind, never agitated or dismissive, always eager to help me out no matter how many times we called (and we called a lot, enough that she knew who was calling even before she answered). Josh was there and communicative through the entire process of purchasing the vehicle. Bert was always friendly and helpful. Ryan was incredible at answering every question I had and was accommodating to our inspector. Their service department has been top notch and extremely knowledgeable. Tony, our delivery driver, got us the RV without a scratch, and despite a few snags upon delivery was kind, eager to help us park it (even got his truck stuck a few times because of our yard), and went above and beyond to help in any way he could. Overall the experience surpassed, and continues to surpass, any expectation I could have ever had. I cannot recommend Willie's RV enough, and if you are in another state and see an amazing deal, have no worries because the entire team will work their butts off to get you what you want and in tip top condition.

Bought a Alpine from them was told it was inspected and that the awning g was in great shape. Also was told buying the ceramic coating will keep the outside looking great for future resale value, a 1,700 investment. We picked up the camper after about a month and was SHOCKED. There ceramic coating was a absolute joke! They prayed it on over black streaks and even a greasy hand print. When we questioned this they said all they do is was it then spray it with a ceramic coating. Looked like shit! Then we opened the awning... it was pulling away from the camper the track was rotting. When we told them we asked didn't you inspect it??? They told us they would replace the awning with a new one, and they would BUFF the camper and reapply the ceramic coating.... after 3wks we picked up the camper.... They NEVER replaced the awning, they cobbled it back together looks like shit, and they damaged a section of the outside paint when they supposedly re did the ceramic.... it looks AWEFUL. Its back in there shop AGAIN. They flat out lied to us, and miss informed us on there process of ceramic coating process.... The Willies name should be embarrassed to be on this Marquart owned business.

I wish I could give 0 stars!…read more Just a heads up about our disappointing experience with South Lake RV's customer service. We bought our brand new travel trailer from them nine years ago and used their winterizing service every year while it was parked at a permanent site. This past winter, they left the slide out extended and did not lock the door. In January, the door was found wide open, likely causing it to bang against the trailer and shatter a window. They admitted they did not bring the slide in and told both us and our insurance that they had left it open, but claimed the mild winter should not have caused any damage. Later, the service manager told our insurance that the slide had been leaking for years, which we strongly disagree with. I place rodent deterrent in that area every fall due to a previous chipmunk issue and it was completely dry in October. The damage was isolated to one corner of the slide. Other discoloration was from previous rodent issues and glue left over after removing carpet in the spring. If it had been leaking for years, we believe the damage would have been far worse. The insurance adjuster agreed based on photos that it did not appear to be long term damage, but ultimately said he had to go with the statement provided by the South Lake service department. Additionally, the toilet had black slime in it as if someone had used it during winterizing and not flushed. The service rep also suggested that someone may have broken into the camper and caused the issues, but that explanation did not make much sense to us. Unfortunately, the situation resulted in us receiving no compensation for the damage, and we had to sell the trailer at a steep discount, losing between seven and nine thousand dollars. We are sharing this in hopes of helping others make informed choices about where they take their RVs for service.

Through the ad, other internet research, and dealing with salesguy John Storkamp, I was able to put together a long-distance deal on a creampuff of a coach with low mileage (from 2000 miles away). John went above the call of duty to video phone me and walk me through the coach step by step, point out any problems, send me photos of the problems, and then had all of the problems fixed once I put down a refundable deposit. He even had the coach A/C unit replaced and replaced one of the passenger side graphic swirl stickers, as well as having the generator serviced. Sounds crazy but my lovely bride & I flew a redeye to MN after making a solid (but refundable) deal from 2000 miles away. Saved about $13000 from inflated SoCal prices. John had the coach ready to rock upon our arrival. The deal was great, with no surprises. We then took a 4000 mile roadtrip home across 'MERICA around Independence Day, via Jellystone Nat'l Park, The Tetons, Jackson Hole, Cheyenne, Santa Fe, etc, with no problems. Several months have passed now with only routine issues. Just wanted to tip the hat to John & Pleasureland RV for the excellent transaction.

That is so crazy to me, I was willing to try and get the correct product, they didn't care, I guess we aren't already getting screwed enough with everything so high already and items not lasting over 2 to 3 years, and not to mention, I was willing to order the correct one. I will never trust this place or order from them again, BUYERS BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY ONLINE!
