After not hearing from anyone at 3:30, I decided to call Anderson's directly. They had not heard from AAA yet. They prepared and dispatched a truck rather quickly. While they were getting ready AAA called them, just before 4:00. Then we got a text from AAA that the truck would be there around 4:40. They arrived way before 4:40. They did a superb job and very quickly. They were very friendly and accommodating. AAA was not very accommodating but Andersons took care of us very well.

It turned out to be faulty cables, which was a much cheaper fix than what we expected. Sheldon and his team were professional and personable, and they will be our go-to place from now on.
