No bodily injuries thankfully however the bumper on our car wasn't as fortunate. After some Yelpsearch, I was very impressed with the reviews from Haas Collision and Glass. I contacted them for an estimate and was asked to bring our vehicle by. This happened to be a cold winter day when we arrived. I believe it was Patrick came outside to greet us. Took pictures of the damage and a picture of our VIN number. We never had to get out into the cold. He told us he would send us an estimate in a few days. True to his word we received our estimate. Hass worked with the insurance company for the individual that hit us. We scheduled a time to drop off our vehicle. A few days later when we picked up our vehicle, I have to say it looked like a brand new vehicle. The bumper looked perfect. He stated that those places are usually commission based and that Wayne-Val is just him, his wife & brother-in-law compared to larger shops that are 20+ associates. I appreciated that Joe quoted me a realistic 19 February as what I'd be looking at for a service date. I mostly appreciated that Joe told me some of the questions that the insurance may ask, such as: do I approve used parts? He said I don't have to say yes and he wouldn't recommend used parts and it could only save insurance a couple hundred dollars. They are amazing professionals who know what they are doing. One of our repairs was to repair vandalism that resulted in damage to the front roof pillar. They took the time to repair the damage and maintain the structural integrity, and when they painted it they blended it seamlessly. When another vehicle had damage to the liftgate, their work was just as stellar. Being in a particularly brutal part of the car for Minnesota conditions, there was an issue with the repair. I walked in, chatted with their Estimator and showed him the problem. Will was wonderful to deal with, and to my utter surprise they performed warranty work without any hassles. One was about a year ago after someone ran into it with a forklift at work and I just returned from picking it up after the deer hit. I could go on and on about craftsmanship but I don't have a clue what it takes. All I can tell you (and all I really care about) is that after they are done everything looks as new. Unless you know the car before you wouldn't be able to tell where any work was done. Sheet metal, paint, etc. looks flawless. The service is as good as the work and very friendly as well. Free loaner on both occasions, work was completed in a very reasonable amount of time, they inform you of any possible savings to be had and they pass them on to you. My non damaged headlight was faded and burned out prior to hitting the deer. They polished it to match the new one and did what they could to get it working (ended up being a module). I had painted the grill to match the vehicle, again they replicated that as well after calling to see what I used. The car was cleaned and vacuumed as well even though all work was exterior.... everything at no charge. It's my body shop of choice and will recommend them to anyone needing work done.
