Each and every time, they have gone above and beyond. One time we had a longer trip and a part on our screen door broke while we were on vacation. I called and they had the part for us before we came home. They take care of our camper for winter and spring service and all scheduled maintenance. As with anything, things can happen, but good relationships are critical, and they have always worked with us going above and beyond and we trust them. I would highly recommend them.

At no time did we think anyone was pressuring us to make a decision, there was no up-sell other than the standard stuff at closing but even there, no pressure. The Airstream we bought was ready for us to pick up at the agreed time and was cleaned inside and out. Kevin, our sales guy noticed some tape marks the cleaners missed and immediately left to get cleaning supplies and cleaned it himself before proceeding. Tim went through the unit from front to back, inside and out and answered all of questions. He provided tips and tricks, helps us hook up our truck and sent us on our way. We always felt like we were being looked after and are now proud Airstream owners enjoying the RV life. We will continue to use Lazydays for servicing, storage, accessories etc - great experience.

The sales and service departments were great within our first year of owning our camper. We tried to schedule our winterization with them again this year and never heard from them. After submitting the request online, it was nothing but crickets. I finally called and made my way to their service department who shared they were no longer taking appointments because this location was closing.

Since we had it in for repairs we thought it would be nice to have a new fridge. It took the rest of the summer to order it and install. Then the fridge was half the size of the original one. We have to pack an extra cooler to store milk and drinks. We took it out for a trial run for a fall weekend when we finally got it back. The water heater worked fine but the fridge didn't. We took it back and they "fixed it". We had to put the rv into storage right after we got it back so we didn't get to take it out camping until the next season. In the spring it worked ok until mid summer. Then it started acting up the same as before. We took it back when we had time to but they said it was out of warranty. It was going to cost for them to look at it. We took it back and will be bringing it back to a more reliable service provider. Very disappointed. The crew that works on the RVs is great, the office management isn't very helpful. So sorry to leave a bad review, we usually like to leave good ones.

Through the ad, other internet research, and dealing with salesguy John Storkamp, I was able to put together a long-distance deal on a creampuff of a coach with low mileage (from 2000 miles away). John went above the call of duty to video phone me and walk me through the coach step by step, point out any problems, send me photos of the problems, and then had all of the problems fixed once I put down a refundable deposit. He even had the coach A/C unit replaced and replaced one of the passenger side graphic swirl stickers, as well as having the generator serviced. Sounds crazy but my lovely bride & I flew a redeye to MN after making a solid (but refundable) deal from 2000 miles away. Saved about $13000 from inflated SoCal prices. John had the coach ready to rock upon our arrival. The deal was great, with no surprises. We then took a 4000 mile roadtrip home across 'MERICA around Independence Day, via Jellystone Nat'l Park, The Tetons, Jackson Hole, Cheyenne, Santa Fe, etc, with no problems. Several months have passed now with only routine issues. Just wanted to tip the hat to John & Pleasureland RV for the excellent transaction.

We purchased on 12/19/25. As of 5/7/26 we still do not have the title!! They have blamed the state of MN, the fact that it's an out of state title, the former owners, the former owners bank, the state of NY the DMV and basically anyone but themselves. They do not apologize they lie amd deflect. The only reason they are now doing something is because MT Bank is willing to do more to help me get the lein release. Pleasureland does not care if you get your title. I firmly believe if they drag their feet paying the lien and transferring the title, in our situation taxes amd title fees was almost $5000! They are holding the funds. There is no other reason to do business this way.

I had to buy a new camper while snowbirding in Gulfport, MS, because the 2006 camper I had developed too many problems to keep fixing. I am home now and I need some warranty work on my 2023 Forest River / Prime Time Crusader and my factory rep provided Minneapolis Trailer Sales as a warranty service dealership. I called them twice on 5/9/2024 and both times, Steve, their warranty rep, was too busy to talk with me, so I left my name and cell phone number for a call back. I was promised he would call back ASAP. He didn't call back. So, their service department is either too busy, understaffed, or just doesn't care; whatever, it is not someplace to go to for service. Lesson learned? Don't buy a camper from Minneapolis Trailer Sales if you want good service!

Found out vehicle had 6 quarts of oil in a 4.5 qt case and they changed oil and filter in their "certified" shop. changed oil, vvt pressure and oil pressure switch. car is still throwing check oil level codes. Hopefully this just needs the 09-012 software update for this issue. Never buy a car here, go down to Rudy Luther as they include a 30 day some mile warranty on their used cars. Let them know via text and of course now they don't want to talk.
