The Airstream we bought was ready for us to pick up at the agreed time and was cleaned inside and out. Kevin, our sales guy noticed some tape marks the cleaners missed and immediately left to get cleaning supplies and cleaned it himself before proceeding. Tim went through the unit from front to back, inside and out and answered all of questions. He provided tips and tricks, helps us hook up our truck and sent us on our way. Although our road trip was a little more adventurous than anticipated due to vehicle and weather issues, we were still happy with the choice we made. North Country RV took care of us, setting us up with the new hitch and add-ons that worked for us, with no pressure to sell us things we weren't interested in. Each and every time, they have gone above and beyond. One time we had a longer trip and a part on our screen door broke while we were on vacation. I called and they had the part for us before we came home. They take care of our camper for winter and spring service and all scheduled maintenance. As with anything, things can happen, but good relationships are critical, and they have always worked with us going above and beyond and we trust them. I would highly recommend them.

Since we had it in for repairs we thought it would be nice to have a new fridge. It took the rest of the summer to order it and install. Then the fridge was half the size of the original one. We have to pack an extra cooler to store milk and drinks. We took it out for a trial run for a fall weekend when we finally got it back. The water heater worked fine but the fridge didn't. We took it back and they "fixed it". We had to put the rv into storage right after we got it back so we didn't get to take it out camping until the next season. In the spring it worked ok until mid summer. Then it started acting up the same as before. We took it back when we had time to but they said it was out of warranty. It was going to cost for them to look at it. We took it back and will be bringing it back to a more reliable service provider. Very disappointed. The crew that works on the RVs is great, the office management isn't very helpful. So sorry to leave a bad review, we usually like to leave good ones.

They were told via phone that night by the daughter that they were not to sell him a trailer. They then hung up from the daughter and asked for a down payment. They added thousands in add on costs to the sale. When investigated by Attorney General, they responded that they never spoke with the daughter, never knew he planned to live in this trailer in a parking lot he didn't own (which they admitted by phone that they knew). They lied when they stated that the daughter spoke with them the next week and gave them his SS number.

I knew of a wiring issue last fall and called Niemeyer for help. I asked when would be a good time to bring it in and they said whenever it is convenient for me. I waited for some nice weather in February and called Mitchell in the service department. They fixed my camper quickly and accurately. This was the third RV purchase for my wife and me and it ranks right up there with Camping World -…read moreall we want is a done deal and should there be issues with your RV all you will get from Hilltop is double talk. We purchased a 2020 Palimino 5th wheel and had it delivered to our seasonal campsite. That is where the trouble began. It is requeired at the camp ground that we hard pipe to the sewer connection. When I opened the drain pipe I got a gush of black water - yes, the water was black. We were told we were purchasing the highest level of service available and 120 systems would be reviewed and tested. How could that be done and black water would be right there in the drain. Next I connected to our water source. Within 2 minutes of the water being turned on it was leaking from the water heater pressure relief valve. Apparently one of the 120 system checks, connecting to a water source was not checked. In the process of selecting this unit we spoke with our salesman and he indicated that a new residential refrigerator with an ice maker was being installed. Guess what? Neither the water source or the ice maker works, no water no ice. I have other issues but my point to all of this is how did these three items slide past the 120 point system inspection. In my conversations with the salesman and the sales manager it was clear in the manner that it was my problem. The sales manager indicated that they had someone that lived in my area and he could stop by and review the issues. I responded that I had a repair service scheduled for the next morning and the reply was something like well it seems you have it handled then. Having now bought from Camping World and Hilltop I will not shop at either of those companies again. I would not recommend either of them to anyone. They want the deal done and then they are moving on to the next sale. PS: The service provider I have used over the last 5 years will be here next week to replace the toiler flush valve and look into the water source for the fridge - another bill for me to pay.

Corrine answered my first phone call inquiring about the RV we were interested in. She gave us a great tour of it when we came in. Corrine and Kelli were great at answering questions too and we felt really comfortable because they are experienced RV owners as well and passionate about the great world of RV camping. Sarah was excellent at helping us with the financial work and making sure we got everything we asked for. She was always available to answer any questions and is very personable. Adam in service was great to work with and made sure any issues were fixed well to brand new standards.
