We tried to schedule our winterization with them again this year and never heard from them. After submitting the request online, it was nothing but crickets. I finally called and made my way to their service department who shared they were no longer taking appointments because this location was closing.

One of the most concerning was the island sink faucet, which was not properly connected. Water flowed across the floor, causing water damage in a brand-new luxury RV. Additional problems documented on the September 23 work order included leaking sink distribution, drain-pipe leaks, a cracked rain sink, hydraulic fluid throughout the front bulkhead compartment, plus numerous other defects (unsecured theater chairs, non-functioning lights and oven, loose latches, broken closet rod, door binding, missing trim, and more). Water damage is one of the worst things that can happen to an RV, especially one that is nearly new and experienced these issues through no fault of the owner after minimal use. The unit required extensive diagnosis and remains compromised.

They were told via phone that night by the daughter that they were not to sell him a trailer. They then hung up from the daughter and asked for a down payment. They added thousands in add on costs to the sale. When investigated by Attorney General, they responded that they never spoke with the daughter, never knew he planned to live in this trailer in a parking lot he didn't own (which they admitted by phone that they knew). They lied when they stated that the daughter spoke with them the next week and gave them his SS number.

I requested several upgrades, and everything we agreed on was listed on the purchase order. I specifically asked for the out-the-door price, was given that price, and put down a $1,000 deposit. A few days later, I completed the credit application and was approved. Shortly after the approval, the finance manager called and tried to sell me an additional $900 upholstery protection package. Why wasn't this brought up when I specifically asked for the out-the-door price? The timing, after I had agreed to the price, paid a deposit, submitted a credit application, and been approved, did not sit well with me. If you're going to offer an additional $900 product, tell the customer before they commit to the purchase, not afterward. I canceled the order. Unfortunately, getting my $1,000 deposit back became another problem. I spoke with three different people and still didn't receive my refund. I finally had to drive there in person to get my deposit back. The whole experience left me feeling that I couldn't trust the transaction. An out-the-door price should mean an out-the-door price. I won't do business this way.

Corrine answered my first phone call inquiring about the RV we were interested in. She gave us a great tour of it when we came in. Corrine and Kelli were great at answering questions too and we felt really comfortable because they are experienced RV owners as well and passionate about the great world of RV camping. Sarah was excellent at helping us with the financial work and making sure we got everything we asked for. She was always available to answer any questions and is very personable. Adam in service was great to work with and made sure any issues were fixed well to brand new standards. When the day came to pick up our RV, Steve was amazing at showing us how everything worked and explained things that were very easy to understand for a novice like me, as well as talking shop to a more experienced guy like my husband. He made it fun as well as informational from the start through making sure everything was hooked up perfectly before we left with our unit.
