It wasn't the correct lid and didn't fit. I then asked him to ship me a check for the amount of money I spent and he denied. This is really embarrassing for this business as I am in the market for a new dump trailer and a gooseneck equipment trailer and will be going elsewhere because of the terrible customer service.

Their marketing campaigns are great, but the service is the complete opposite. The staff are extremely rude and unprofessional. I ordered extra parts for my trailer, prepaid two months in advance, and they still couldn't complete the order correctly. Additionally, the part that was supposed to be new showed signs of use. They also failed to notice that the side racks are meant to be paired as right and left, but they gave me two for one side. When I pointed this out, they blamed everyone but themselves -- the manufacturer, me, anyone but them. They also called me "difficult" despite the fact that I was courteous and calm. OBSERVATION: Their reception desk has multiple "no complaints, no returns" framed posters, which is incredibly frustrating and is a major Red Flag. They also tried to get me to sign a blank work order for installation and refused to discuss the details of the installation with me. According to them, they charge for the labor by the hour, but they clearly have no idea how to estimate installation time and how much it will cost to a customer. As I understood the reasoning behind their behavior, the issue was that I did not purchase the trailer from them, even though I inherited it from a private party and was simply seeking upgrades. The only positive aspect of this experience is that I didn't have to fight them to get my payment refunded -- they probably realized they could have been taken to court. P.S. The manufacturer has also been warned about their practices.

Called these guys but never got a call back from them. Ended up talking to the manufacturer who basically told me to see if I could patch it myself. I sealed off the entire roof seam and it's held, but I shouldn't have had to do that at all. Makes you wonder how the entire trailer will hold up over time. I'd shop elsewhere, so you can actually get a response from the dealer.

They tell me they can't send one because they don't know what size it is. I asked if they could just call the manufacturer and find out. They said no and instructed me to drive it an hour and a half to them for a $2.00 grease zerk. All they said was "you should probably just go buy one". Where is the customer service? How hard is it to pick up a phone and call the manufacturer and ask? How much would it of cost to send a grease zerk in the mail? I would recommend finding another place to buy a trailer with decent customer service. Update: After hanging up with Central Trailer Sales, I did their job and called the trailer manufacturer and had them send me a $2.00 grease zerk in the mail.
