Vehicle was in shop for approximately 15 minutes but was still charged the $129.00. When the amount was questioned I was told that since that was the estimate then that was the charge. Don't know too many people that make $129.00 for 15 minutes unless it is my heart surgeon. Won't go back.

Trent stepped in and took care of everything. He responded quickly, stayed in contact with us throughout the entire process, and handled the recovery professionally and efficiently. He even worked directly with our insurance company which made things so much easier for us. If you ever need a tow -- whether it's a snowmobile, UTV, truck, or car -- on the road or out on the trails, Trent is absolutely the person to call. He has the equipment and storage available. We highly recommend his services and are so grateful for his help during a tough situation.

He was pushy rude and took my car back to his yard rather than the scrap yard where I asked him to because "they weren't open yet" they opened at 8 they hooked up at 7:55. Of course before this he offered my wife who doesn't own the car $200 after looking under the car. So now, if we didn't accept his offer we would have to pay the tow bill x2 plus $30/ day to hold it there. The bill was revised to be for one tow. To be clear.... This was the other guy and NOT CCR towing... I paid these people in Pennies...no really... It felt great. Then I called CCR. OMG thank you CCR. They were there immediately, knew what to do and did it. Customer service still matters at CCR towing. They even swept up glass around the car before towing to the scrap yard (the surrounding area was littered with glass and little car pieces). Great job! Very happy!!
