Make sure to ask every hour on the hour if you don't get updates and check to make sure they are actually working on your truck. You have a right to ask for updates because it is your money. My dad took his box truck to them on an urgent matter. We were from out of town for a festival that past weekend. The truck started making this beeping sound whenever in driving mode. We thought we could just use ear plugs and just drive it home. However, we just needed to make sure we were safe on the road and thought maybe they can help us fix it. My dad and my husband took the truck to them and we were waiting for them with nowhere to go since we had to check out of the hotel that Monday morning. We kept checking on them and they were saying nothing was being done or said to them on status of truck. Finally at the 4 hour mark, I asked my husband to check on them and if they can't fix it, they need to leave because they're going to be charged. True to be told, they did, $900, to accomplish nothing. There was no warning about any charges and just useless updates here and there with no answer to the issue. They end up making it worse than when it went in. There were times no one was touching the car but manager and tech states "it took them 4 hours" to diagnose nothing that they could fix right then. They states they have to get paid for their time but 4 hours to diagnose and fixed nothing???? Which I understood but to fix nothing for $900??? I know it had to do something with them not speaking up for themselves. I spoke to the guy who was in charge of the process and the manager to see if they can refund since they did nothing to the truck. The point of my call was for them to have some compassion since they couldn't do anything to help my dad. If they couldn't fix it or won't be able to fix it within an hour or two just to let them go. They have poor communication in their shop and on the phone. Again, we were willing to put in earplugs and drive 4 hours home from Minnesota if they had initially just said they can't assist us within that day and don't have any proper parts to fix it. Instead, they lagged on until the 4 hour period mark and then send my dad on his way with nothing fixed even temporarily. Oh no, they don't care about your hard earned money but themselves. They do not seem to know what they are doing there but ready to collect money. I hope the $900 was worth it for them. Just warning to you all hard workers especially if English is your second language, please be beware and know your information before going there. Ask every charge every minute of anything they do before they do. We learned the hard way and we hate that we had to lose a lot of money to learn that. Be prepared to be out of your hard earned money and you may not get anything fix. AGAIN, ASK EVERY DETAILS OF YOUR CASE BEFORE YOU LET YOUR TRUCK GO!!!!! YOU HAVE TO ADVOCATE FOR YOURSELF BECAUSE THEY WON'T!!!!

While talking with…read morethe younger of the two brothers that own the place I explained to him my intentions of converting this cargo van into a camper van, and explained that having working AC was very important in my decision to purchase the vehicle. It was -22 degrees that day, but he PROMISED me (those where his words) that they had fixed and tested the AC. By the time warm weather arrived it was clear the AC didn't work. So I took it out to them to have them check it out, I drove all the way to Savage to have them pump a few cans of freon into it, that lasted about 5 days. After that didn't work I drove back out there and their mechanic explained that he thought that the valve was damaged, so he replaced it and put three more cans of freon in, this time it lasted three days. So I called them back and they explained that they were busy that day, but when they were able they would have me bring it back out and they would run dye through the system to see if they could at least figure out where it was leaking from. Today I called back to see when a good time to do this would be and they told me that they couldn't be bothered with helping me any more and that I would just have to take it somewhere else and pay for it myself, and then they hung up on me. I get that their vehicles are sold as is, but while speaking with the younger brother he seemed fairly honorable, and he had promised me the AC was working. So when I brought it out the first time and they said they would get it working I believed them, I guess that is what I get for trusting a used car salesman. Don't buy from them, go down the road to CARGO VAN GO, or anywhere else. If you do buy from them, make sure EVERYTHING that is important to you is in perfect working order before you drive it off the lot.
