Brought it in to another repair company who said the oil was severely overfill by Kremer. We had to pay to have the oil mess cleaned up on the car and another oil change. The other repair shop said Kramer likely never drained the existing oil and just put more oil in. Kremer can't get a simple oil change right, NO WAY would I trust them with anything else. The wind caught it whole she was speeding off to work, blowing the hood open, proceeding to smash the windshield and badly denting the hood. Being an older car AND her first year driving, we starting searching around town for a used hood. Ace auto happened to have one on hand- the exact same color for $100! The process of going there and getting was a bit awkward for a girly girl like me. Thankful I had two guy friends to help! Upon entering, pick a paper number and wait your turn. Easy enough. When we got to the counter, the nice guy kind of chatted us thru the process and handed us gross, dingy fluorescent yellow beat to put on for our safety while walking thru the yard to inspect the hood before deciding to purchase. (Did I mention I was a girly girl? The germaphobic in me really wanted to pull out some sanitizer and spray the vest down before putting it on!). We proceeded to follow a worker thru isles of parts thru their warehouse & down some stairs and out a back door to the junk yard area. It was really quite an impressive set up despite it being out of my (girly girl) element! The worker was friendly and chatty as he weaved us around cars to the isle of car hoods. After giving it a good look see, we went back thru the yard, into the building, up the stairs, weaved thru isles and isles of tall stacked shelves loaded with car parts- thru the door back to the front desk area where we (very) quickly removed those dingy yellow vests and let the guy know we would go with the car hood. He then gets up and walks us over to the cashier area and hands that gal the paper work. It seems a bit odd that they don't just ring you up themselves and have a completely separate desk area just to pay. After paying, we went out to my daughters car to remove the old hood. They had said to come around to the yard to pick up the other hood but one of the workers actually brought in out to us. Nice!

We had this inspection done for our peace of mind. We learned that a lot of new rvs coming out of the pandemic had quality control issues, and since we were about to spend a lot of money we did not want to end up buying a lemon. We were so impressed with Rayanna! We checked out three rv inspectors prior to selecting Lab Approved RV and what stood out about Lab Approved was Rayanna's professionalism, her training and credentials, and the service we would receive for our money. She got back to us immediately after our first inquiry and kept in regular contact with us as we went along. She was good at answering our questions and thoroughly explained the process of an inspection and what to expect. The day after the inspection she provided us with a report that we accessed online, and then later printed out. Rayanna spent the day looking for safety issues, did an inspection of the roof and slides, as well as a very detailed evaluation of our trailer's electrical system, water system and propane--not to mention that she went over every inch of that trailer with a fine toothed comb--and I really mean that! Rayanna gave us an online 95-page detailed report which had about 100 photos and also included three videos. Rayanna did find three things and we were able to address those issues with the dealer before we took possession of the trailer.
