I was quoted for 6 days, and had my vehicle back in 2. However, the quality of the repair was very poor. Several scratches were missed and buffing compound was all over the door crevices and plastic trim when I received it (it cannot be removed from the plastic so this will have to be replaced). They took my vehicle back for a second time and offered me a ride to work for that day, and the swirling somewhat improved, but they did not fix some of the small scratches. I am now having another shop fix their work. Gerber also asked me to indicate on the Carwise review to say my vehicle did not have to be brought back in, in order to improve their online ratings. Photos included. Update: One day after posting this, someone with the same name as one of the technicians posted his own 5-star review claiming to be a customer. Super shady stuff going on here.

When we entered a lot, we ended up talking to Dave who was very helpful and friendly, answered a bunch of questions we had and was attentive to us while we looked at the different RVs. He didn't try to sell us anything or try to make us feel FOMO or anything like that. just a great relaxing experience so we could get comfortable in looking at what we wanted. It was a good experience and when we returned to Kansas, we decided to purchase from them because of the service and friendliness that they gave us there. Everyone we worked with there from finance to customer service was excellent. And when our final walk-through came, Jeff gave us the most thorough walk-through we've ever received when purchasing an RV. He left no stone unturned, was very passionate about what he does, and listened to our every question. I would highly recommend this RV dealer!!!

The service tech was sent to the wrong camp ground, not once but twice. Had to re-schedule the service. The other 2 times, just this week, Tuesday, ghosted, and today, was told first appointment between 9-930. (coming from Hallie) No show. Hour plus drive back home. Who is running this place? Would like to speak to the manager! Their rate is shit.
