So I took it to Hallie Auto to get a second opinion. I asked them to check them over and verify. Well they didn't and just replaced them and $1200 later I still had the same issue. Come to find out it was just a $65 dollars Valve cover and gasket. A couple months later my girlfriends was going on a long road trip. She wanted to get a oil change and tire rotation. Couldn't get it any place other then Hallie Auto before the trip. So I bit the bullet and took it over there. My girlfriend was on the way for her trip, and had a sound coming from the bottom of her vehicle. She pulled in to the nearest automotive place. She found out that the lugs had never been tightened after the tire rotation. I call the owner of Hallie Auto., told him about it, and all he could say was "Oh, Ok, thanks for letting me know". No sorry, hey here's a free service, nothing. Buyer beware. Your taking you life into your own hands by taking any vehicle to this place.

This automotive service center was very friendly, affordable and provided a quick service to my Volvo. I found out my car ran over a nail and so I didn't have an appointment at the service center. They told me that they would work around their schedule and try to fit me in. So kind and caring in the face of someone in need! The mechanic Gavin was very knowledgeable and the front desk customer service was top of the line. During my time at the service center, I didn't feel nervous or worried that they wouldn't be able to fix the tire properly and in good time. They let me know each step of the process and informed me of any concerns. I was very impressed with the way the mechanic followed up and made sure my tire was on my car properly. I felt that I received the best hospitality and quality service that I've ever been provided by a mechanic shop. I'm almost disappointed that I don't live in the area so that I can keep returning here for services. I would definitely return to this service center in the future. It's now been over 10 weeks since my rebate was approved but it has not yet been paid out. I've called Cooper Tires customer service numerous times with each call having a wait time over an hour (and once having been hung up on). When I have gotten someone on the phone the customer service was incredibly poor and all explanations for the delay were superficial and lacked accountability. It's incredibly frustrating. I will never buy Cooper Tires again and I would strongly discourage anyone else from purchasing Cooper Tires either.

I went in there to trade my car in which I had previously bought from Morries in Minnesota. I found…read morea awesome deal on my soon to be car and talked with Jake for trade in. Jake was super awesome in making me feel comfortable with the trade in. He was very friendly and even helped me take out my cables that I installed to connect my subwoofer! Everything took a little time just so I could get the best approval. I was approved and was more than overjoyed. I cleaned out my old car and left my belongings in the parking lot while I signed papers. I was there for about 5 hours. It didn't seem so sure at first, but Thanks to Nate doing some talking with the banks, I was actually able to leave with the car!! The car had a chip in the windshield which I had originally asked for $500 off so I could replace it. They said it had been filled and it should be fine. I was on my way home with my new used car! I realized the next day that I was missing my portable battery charger which I had left my belongings outside.... I took my car camping that following weekend, then noticed the chip turned into a crack. I called Jake on Sunday and he told me he would be sure to see what could be done and look for my charger. I get news a day later and they tell me to bring the car in to have the windshield replaced for free along with they had found my charger! The chip had not actually been filled yet because the scheduled appointment for the car was after the day I had purchased it. It worked out in my favor! When I came back to have the windshield replaced, everyone was super friendly. I got dropped off at the mall in a super nice Benz while I waited. Then Jake picked me up in a nice Lexus :) customer service at Morrie's has always been above and beyond! While driving back to MN the oil level light came on saying the oil level was low. I had to buy two quarts of oil as soon as I got back to MN. I'm having my car looked at tomorrow through a friends car shop and will update then! The BIGGEST and only problem I have is this.... I bought my previous car from Morries for $7,200 with a $2,200 down payment in October 2015. Now July 2016 I trade my car in and they only give me $2,500. I know I would have been able to sell my car for at least $5,000. That car was in excellent shape!!! :( I would give five stars if I got at least $3,800 for my baby :( Overall they proved to me exactly why I returned to Morrie's to buy my next car. Thank you Nate and Jake for the spectacular customer service! And also Kayla who made sure I came in to look at the car!

He didn't try to sell us anything or try to make us feel FOMO or anything like that. just a great relaxing experience so we could get comfortable in looking at what we wanted. It was a good experience and when we returned to Kansas, we decided to purchase from them because of the service and friendliness that they gave us there. And when our final walk-through came, Jeff gave us the most thorough walk-through we've ever received when purchasing an RV.
