Shop workers were rude to my 82-year-old father as he waited 1 1/2 hours - they can't drive in the dark and the wait made them change their travel plans. Pieces sticking out, poor fit of headlights, dirt in the paint job, and a shimmy in the front prompted me to bring it to another shop where they determined that the repair had not been completed - the car was still bent in places. After-market parts were used without my knowledge, refurbished parts, cheaper parts than what was listed on the receipt, and they lied about test driving it or performing any kind of safety tests. They allowed my 80-year-old mother to drive away in a car that was bent and unsafe. I am so thankful that she didn't get hurt. Rude, dishonest, and poor workmanship. Another $5000 repair underway at a different shop. Go somewhere else.
