A week later the friendly super nice guys arrived right on time, took charge of moving the furniture outside and getting down to the nitty gritty of first cleaning my floors and grout. Then the honing and buffing began and lasted for several hours. I also had terrible water spots on the gorgeous red marble vanity and sink tops in our Primary Bath that Zach assured me could be brought back to a high shine. When they were finished and they called me in, I could not have been happier. My floors are a mirror of marble. They are just beautiful and the grout lines are clean. I cannot stop looking at them. It is hard for me to believe that these guys could put that kind of shine on ROCK. Then when I saw my bathroom countertops... oh wow wow wow. The crystal lights reflected in the shine. No more water spots. They look like a new install. The best part was NO MESS... this was not easy work but these guys worked super clean and made sure all the mess was contained and removed. Outstanding technical performance on the grout sealer. We had our floors cleaned and sealed and also decided to change the grout color to be significantly lighter to match the body color of the tile. Cannot tell you what a huge visual difference this made. Made our tile look really beautiful and almost posh. The manager, Brian was courteous and prompt and gave us a reasonable quote. His work crew was efficient and did very nice work including behind the refrigerator, the stove, and the washer and dryer. It has been years since they did the work and it looked like the day the finished it. We had our floor tile refinished. I met with Zack (he was on time) and he answered all my questions and delivered his proposal as promised. Zack and his team then showed up on time for the project, did what they promised, and the job quality and timing exceeded our expectations. Larson, Michael and Jerrod were great. Polite, focused on getting done and were great to work with. It was a big job and they took short breaks in order to get done in one day - again exceeding our expectations. Brady was very helpful and did a great job for me. He arrived on time and took about 6 hours for my limestone shower that was a little on the large size. Brady used a wet/dry sander to lightly resurface my wornout limestone. There was not dust. He told me that I could not use it for 2 days after so the sealant could cure properly.He recommended to use the spray cleaners for porous stone. Also to use a squeegee and or a soft cloth for the wipe downafter using the shower. He said this would help keep a longer life of the sealant. I am very happy with this company. I have used Sir Grout to clean and polish my travertine twice, with seven years between the services. Both times I have found them to be professional, extremely reliable, and to provide a wonderful end-result of a new looking beautiful floor. This procedure is understandably pricey because they have to remove all furniture, do the floors, and replace the furniture. It turned out to be a fairly straightforward process and Zach was very friendly and professional while helping us make the right decision on what needed to be done. Had Sir Grout come in and do a complete tile makeover, grout color and seal. My grout had never been sealed and was very dark ( originally tan light ).My expectations were high going in and these guys definitely delivered. Our floors look spectacular again! The quality of work from the Sir Grout team was excellent. Very professional. The only reason I couldn't give them a full five stars, is that it took quite a bit longer than estimated.
