Like most tiki bars, they have various strengths of drinks. Some drinks are so strong you can only have two total. They also have an EXTREMELY long list of rums, agave, gin, brandy, etc. So you could have them make anything as complex and off the menu as you want. They also have food: shrimp, fries, lobster Rangoons, spam musubi, cucumber salad, Hawaiian Mac salad, Hawaiian rolls. So perfect bar/snack food to share. Service is perfect. But don't let the rum fool you, this is a classic-tasting delicious Old Fashioned. Ironically, the rum has more traditional whiskey character than their white whiskey (which tastes like scotch). If you like Old Fashioneds, you'll find this version delicious. I finished with the Serrano Cucumber Gimlet. It features a fresh cucumber essence and a well-balanced, subtle heat. For the pop-up, the theme was Apres-Ski, which is trending heavily right now. The holiday design and decor was perfect for Milly. While they had a holiday drinks menu donned with mulled wine, buttered rums, and egg nog, which is what I ordered, the regular menu Milly offers was also available. This menu consists of several "throwback" cocktails from previous decades. You can't go wrong with a gimlet. Milly's is always busy but the servers are fantastic and are very knowledgeable about all their drinks and are happy to help with drink recommendations based on your preferences. There are big couches in the back. We had an absolute blast, laughing and quoting along with others in the bar. They have amazing tiki glassware and you get to keep the glass with your beverage purchase! They have Jason, Freddy, Chucky and more as tiki glasses. Hilarious! They have both a paper menu which has their latest concoctions, as well as their standard menu (ask for the deck of cards). My friends and I (4 of us total) came on a Friday night and it had a good amount of people without feeling too cramped. We ordered a wide variety of drinks, starting with a round of espresso martinis (which I would highly recommend). We had a few more rounds with each of us ordering separately. One of my friends asked our bartender for a suggestion and she really enjoyed her drink. However, my other friend got a suggested drink and did not like it at all. The bartender was kind enough to swap out his drink, which our group definitely appreciated. I'm definitely coming back and bringing any of my visitors who can appreciate a good cocktail.
