It is truly a hidden gem. We were there for a date night, but to be honest a friends night out would be the best here. There are lots of different types of spaces in this adorable gem! From intimate to communal to standard dining. We have already begun to plan our next trip.... coming from Wyoming!

Man what happened to this place…read more. Jasmine used to be my favorite bar in the area. They provided a varied menu with incredibly unique and delicious drinks with an upscale yet cozy vibe inside. However our last visit was anything but. Supposedly they've made the decision to drop the entire "old menu" as the bartender called it in favor for an uninspired and honestly boring Christmas menu with drinks that weren't even remotely on the level of their previous offerings. Yet the prices were actually higher than their standards. This current menu feels like something you'd pay $11 for at a dive or chain restaurant. After a relatively long wait for service, we ordered 3 drinks, having to repeat ourselves multiple times to the hostess that didn't seem to have any clue of what their drinks were called. Of the 3, none of them included the garnishes that were outlined in the menu, and one drink was completely wrong. We were allowed to keep it and had it replaced at no cost at least, but even the replacement did not have the correct garnish per the menu. I'm praying this place didn't sell out and it's just in some strange transition period between seasons but I won't be returning to check until some time after the new year and these awful drinks are gone. For now, go to Nora's.

Wow. Just wow…read more Nora's Speakeasy might be one of my favorite cocktail spots ever. The vibe is dark, elegant, and cool without trying too hard -- it really feels like a secret hideout (but in the best way). Drinks? Insanely good. Their "Nora's Version" menu reimagines classic cocktails with modern twists, and every single one we tried was a hit. Balanced, bold, and beautifully crafted. Food is simple but hits the spot -- charcuterie, grilled cheese, and pretzel bites that pair perfectly with the cocktails. Bonus: You get a welcome sip when you arrive! Such a fun touch that set the tone for a great night. Run, don't walk. Louisville, you've got something really special here.

I saw it had good ratings online; unfortunately I came on a day my stomach was already bothering me but I wanted to have a look. It's a very low light, date night vibe inside. The barista was super friendly, and I saw online they'd had a very sweet cocktail from a few years back - I asked her about it and she didn't have all the ingredients but offered to make me something similar. I declined because I felt like i shouldn't be drinking with my stomach feeling off, but it's exactly the type of place I like to check out, the menu was cool. I will definitely try to make it back one of these days when passing back through the area! Also had lots of free street parking all along the main road ~

Service - 4.5 stars : table servers were fantastic (Mike is a great guy!). Looses half star since the kitchen is pretty slow, 40 mins to get our meal and they were not busy when we got there. Last year, the bartender basically poured us like 3/4 drinks for free after our time. This year was much of the same. You make reservations for a time, it's like $5 each and you get a nice table. However, the website doesn't allow for single reservations. If you go in nice as a single, on a quieter night, you can usually grab a table if one is left inside. Or, they have a ton of (chilly) outdoor seating. The whole place is decorated to hell; it's pretty awesome for small town living outside Boulder. There's plenty of pictures to be had. The glassware is amazing too, lots of designs great for the photo. One hiccup- you're paying for the glitz. It's $8/shot and $16 for each drink. But, they're tasty and generally get the job done. Let me just say as well, the guys working tonight were beyond awesome. Two of them were working both the bar and front of house, and basically just going non stop for hours. Good for them. Both were costumed and very! friendly and didn't show any signs of frustrations. The eggnog shot is awesome, smooth and sweet and gets you going. I've had the Cricket (green minty drink), the Elf-int Around, a mulled wine type cocktail, and the Jingle Balls Nog. Each was great in its own way. I think if you stick to these three, it won't be too crazy. They have almost a dozen options-you pay for it, but to be honest, it's fun to spend a little extra on some holiday cheer!

The place looks festive, all decorated for the Holidays with thousands of lights, candy canes, trees and reindeers. There are individual heated greenhouses, and plenty of tables under two big tents. The atmosphere is over the top kitschy and fun. Since we were a group of 10, the greenhouses were too small so we were seated under one of the tents. We had made reservations (there is a mandatory $5 fee going to a local charity) and were ready for the cold, with coats and blankets, just in case. We were surprised that it was far from full, we actually were the only ones parked under the big tent, just a few greenhouses were occupied. We enjoyed the cocktails, not cheap at $14 each but tasty an strong, all made specially for the season with flavors such as nutmeg, marshmallow, vanilla... The menu is limited, focused on cocktails with a few wines and beer, a couple snacks. I had the Christmapolitan (with vodka, elderflower, vermouth, spiced cranberry sauce, lime, rosemary and absinthe mist) yummy! The popcorn was disappointing though, it came in a bag (like the ones you pop in the microwave, except the package was more like Holiday wrapping paper). It definitively was not fresh, tasted a little stale. After a while, despite our coats we were getting really cold and asked our waiter if he could switch on the fireplace next to us. Too bad, we were told that it's for show, the regulations don't allow them to use it. There was no heat under that big tent and it was getting chilly. Overall, that night, despite the decorations, our group felt a little lost under that huge tent. I bet it feels totally different when it's packed, but during the week it was a little dead. There is a 20% discount for groups that they forgot about. When we asked about it, it became impossible to get checks separate per couple. Supposedly the system is not set up for it. When we left, our impression was that when you include the mandatory $5 reservation fee, it's adds up to an expensive drink that's not really worth it. And we were cold! Once again, it might be a very different experience during weekends. If you want to get a souvenir, no worries, it's all setup for it, you can buy glassware and gifts. This was not my idea of a fun evening, and I don't think I'll go back.

After sitting down, about 10 minutes went by without anyone acknowledging me. I eventually had to wave someone down just to ask if I could get a drink, and the response was that they hadn't seen me there. Later, when my drink was empty, I had to wave someone down again to order another. When my friend and I decided we wanted appetizers, we once again had to flag someone down to place the order. This was on a Tuesday night and there were only about 6-7 people sitting at the bar, which is a pretty slow night for them. To be fair, once we did receive our drinks and appetizers, everything was excellent as usual. However, the service throughout the night felt inattentive. I stayed from about 6 PM until 8:15 PM, so it wasn't a quick stop, it was a full evening, and the lack of attentiveness stood out. I still enjoy this place and the food and drinks are great, but on a slower night the service really should be more attentive. Every customer deserves to feel acknowledged and taken care of.

The space is cozy yet elevated, perfect for a date night or catching up with friends over a great bottle of wine. Highlights? The bacon-wrapped dates (stuffed with house chorizo!) were next-level. The roasted beets with pomegranate molasses were fresh, tangy, and perfectly balanced. And the charred beef tagliata? Chef's kiss. Cocktails were just as impressive. "Blueberry Skies" was bright and layered, and the Aperol Spritz was honestly one of the best I've ever had -- citrusy, bubbly, and not too sweet. If you're looking for a spot that nails both ambiance and flavor, this is it. Will 100% be back!

The atmosphere is welcoming and cozy, the kind of place where anyone can walk in and feel comfortable. It works just as well for a casual hangout as it does for a night out with friends. The drinks are a highlight. Between the self-pour tap wall, infused liquors, and a well-balanced cocktail menu, there's a lot to choose from. Even the homemade Dr Pepper stood out. For food, the wings were a favorite. Crispy, well cooked, and paired with house-made sauces that really made a difference. The chocolate chip cookie sundae was also a standout and a great way to end the meal. One of the most impressive parts is their dedicated gluten free pizza kitchen. The in-house dough is well done and doesn't feel like a compromise, which is great if you're gluten free or dining with someone who is. There are tables and a bar, the place is well lit and clean. There are also tables for groups and an outdoor area which is great. I am not a beer drinker so I ordered wine. I got a pepperoni pizza so that I could take leftovers to my husband. I also was curious about the gluten free crust. The pizza was good - the pepperoni flavorful. It had a lot of cheese and I would have preferred a little less so that I could better taste the pepperoni and the crust. And the crust was also good. This is a great option for a place to gather with a group if there are gluten free eaters you need to accommodate for as there are many choices. The servers were friendly and due to it being a slow time of day, it took a bit for someone to get to us, but we weren't in a hurry so it was all good. I would definitely try this one again.

Roasted Cauliflower - saffron cream / chermoula / sumac / miso aioli / crispy onion - the saffron cream was a nice touch of essence and the crispy onion brought a good sweetness and texture to the dish. Honey Bourbon Wings - fried chicken wings / honey bourbon glaze / dill pickles - this was FABULOUS, good fry, not burnt and the glaze was perfect, not ooey gooey sticky, just sticky to the touch. Wild Boar Bucatini - wild boar ragu / cured egg yolk / parmesan / chives - this was my dinner order. I'm always excited when there's bucatini on the menu. It just holds enough sauce in the hollows to satisfy me. The ragu was cooked well, good sauce maybe it needed just a little pinch more of salt for my liking. Parking in the neighborhood is not difficult. We had an airbnb down the street and walked here in less than 5 minutes. There's indoor and outdoor seating as well as a covered patio-ish area.
