We've been here frequently lately, and over the years. Unfortunately each time gets a smidge worse.. They almost never have the wine listed on the actual wine menu. It's not like I ordered a cheap bottle, I wanted the Caymus listed. Well Lastnight once again no wine we asked about was on the list. The bartenders both proceeded to tell me they knew nothing about wine. Interesting- the vibe on a Saturday was empty and having mediocre service we ordered one drink and left. My Wife and I came here for the first time since they expanded the bar selection and had Britney serve us and she was fantastic. This experience was a bit off. Arrived for happy hour at 4:00 and ordered wine, but was told food wasn't available because the chef wasn't in yet. Apparently the chef arrives at 4:30--yet 4:30 came and went, and he didn't show up until around 4:50, casually strolling in as if nothing was wrong. For a place that opens at 4, it's confusing that the kitchen isn't actually ready to operate. The spot has a lot of potential, but the management and coordination clearly need work. That said, the bartender was extremely friendly and professional--no issues there at all. read more

3.75 stars! We are new to the area and decided to find something that was similar to our old stomping grounds in Denver. We love wine! We love tapas or charcuterie style dining. And we love wine! The idea and the concept is evolving. Prices for happy hour between 4:00 and 6:00 p.m. are decent. The $5 Margaritas are worth it. The flight of wine for $15 is quite pleasant as long as you don't mind not knowing what wines you are drinking. Honestly it's hard to tell where the Cisco food ends and the creative flair of whoever is in the kitchen begins. Nothing stood out as remarkable. Yet it all tasted just fine. The charcuterie board was well laid out and beautiful. Except for the fact that I have a nut allergy and it was not stated that there were nuts on the charcuterie board and the nuts were touching four other elements of which I then could not eat. That being said, the portions I could eat were quite good. Simple Staples of a charcuterie board, cheeses, meats, crackers and some relish items. Along with some beautiful grapes and strawberries. It's really hard to comment on the service of the staff, the bartender that assisted us did as best as she could, but there is clearly a lack of defined direction as to how to deal with patrons coming to the bar in the restaurant and at the tables as we were told and is stated on signs to use the qr code to see what was on the menu and then to go up to the bar to place your order. When looking at this establishment, this is not how you would consider service to be upon entering. Table service other than food delivery is not the case for the most part. We did have the pleasure of meeting the owner who told us the story behind the concept and it's now evolving and changing ideas to be more accommodating to the community around them. From a wine bar to a full bar. As to be expected in transitions, these can be difficult as you try to carve out your identity and niche in the marketplace. It may take some time for them to find their voice in the community as they transition from a wine bar to a full liquor Service establishment. We will check back from time to time and update our review each time as we see them develop and grow their New concept. It has potential. Overall, the experience was average, there wasn't anything particularly bad to report. However, as is the case with undefined creatives, there's nothing good to report yet either. I would suggest you visit and see for yourself. They do seem to have the basis for a decent concept, we wish we had visited prior to the pivot of establishment style. The staff certainly is very friendly, as is The owner. Ample amount of seating at the bar and inside and a nice patio if not hampered by a completely western facing view with the setting Sun at the right time, I imagine that could be a good thing. They offer a full calendar of events throughout the week to entice you, which I would encourage you to look into. At the very least to meet the owner and the staff to have yourself a drink and draw your own conclusions. I would encourage you to let your voice be heard. I believe that this establishment has a place here in the community and has promise we the community may just need to help it out a little bit. I LOVE this place! I have been here a few times now. They often have live music, local talent. it's a great place for a more subdued girls night (my fave) or a night with your spouse. The owners are so kind and caring. One of them is usually on site. The wine is exquisite, so many delicious options. The food is minimal, but the choices are all excellent! My favorite flatbread is the wine and dine flatbread. Totally recommend trying it. read more

I really wanted to love Sip Wine Garden because it truly has so much potential, but unfortunately this was my second poor experience, and it feels more like a management issue than anything else. The first time, my sister and I planned a Sunday visit and actually waited for the place to open, but no one ever showed up. We waited 15 minutes before we decided to go somewhere else. I decided to give it another chance and came back with my husband for happy hour on a different day. We were on a limited timeline because we needed to pick up our kids from childcare, so timing mattered. We arrived at 4:00, which was when it opened and tried to order immediately. We were told the chef would arrive at 4:30, but they didn't show up until 4:50, which significantly cut into the experience. That said, the bartender was great. She was friendly, attentive, and doing the best they could given the situation. The space itself is cute and has a lot of charm, which makes this even more disappointing. Overall, Sip Wine Garden has real potential, but it appears to be poorly managed, and that inconsistency makes it hard to plan a visit or recommend it right now. With better organization and reliability, this could be a great spot. read more

Hidden gem! Very cute wine bar with many options for wine and food. The service was top notch and attentive. The waitress gave excellent sommelier service and explained many wines and gave suggestions. The food was tasty. I ate half the pizza before I remembered a photo. Went on a Tuesday for happy hour. We were the only ones there. Bar tender never came over or told us to order at the bar. Didn't feel very welcoming. Perfect for date night! Live music on the weekends. Great food (loved the charcuterie and flatbreads) and delicious wine. Husband got the red wine flight and the staff were very detailed in making sure we knew which wine was which. I am OBSESSED with this place! I've only started coming here shortly after New Years and I've already been here a handful of times. I've been to a few events (candle making night, yoga and brunch, comedy night and recently jammed out to an r&b night with friends) and each event was so fun. The decor and atmosphere here is so pretty and classy, they have plenty of indoor and outdoor seating and everyone here is AMAZING. From the owners Jessica & JR, to Kim and Katie, they are all fabulous! The service is on point, everyone is so welcoming and tentative, and they make great wine recommendations ;) Don't get me started on food. They have the most prettiest presentation for the charcuterie boards and their flatbreads are yummy (el classico is my favorite paired with a Mount Fishtail). We had such high hopes for this place! Customer service was great when we arrived. We wanted to do the pizza and wine deal for 25$. We were informed that they were out of mozzarella (truck was running late no biggie, I get it) so they would not be able to make our pizza with the usual cheese. They offered to make our pizza without cheese (for the same price) lol. We were fine with that! We sat down and tried one of the red wines the deal came with (terrible wine choice for this deal). The wine tasted like garbage (I drink box wine my standards aren't that high lol). The cheese truck arrived right before getting our pizza! Yay! They were nice enough to put the pizza cheese on our pizza before it came out. When our first pizza came out, the cheese wasn't even melted on the pizza. Like I could have picked off individual pieces of cheese off the pizza. Again, we are pretty forgiving guests so we tried a different pizza. The other one we tried was the wine & dine pizza (arugula/brie/prosciutto). I had high high hopes for this one, the combination of flavors seemed awesome.
