This is a perfect location, just across from FIU. It's a great spot if you want a sweet treat and some strong coffee. I ordered the Tuscan Trifle which is tiramisu flavor based and I love tiramisu dessert so it's a nice sweet but strong coffee. The large comes with four shots of espresso, which is just the right amount I need. I am a coffee girly and I love trying local spots , corporate places like Starbucks and Dunkin' Donuts just don't do it for me anymore. They have a variety of options on their menu to suit your coffee flavor preferences. Inside is super tiny, so the goal is just to order and head out.

First time here Definitely would come back Friendly service I had an iced matcha latte. Creamy with just the right amount of sweetness. Delish My bf had a strawberry smoothie with protein and it was sooooo good also We shared a cookie dough cookie sandwich and idk who came up with this devil dessert but it is amazing.

We stopped by because the menu combinations for the coffee and redbull drinks looked cool. I had an iced vanilla late with soy milk, and it was delicious. Definitely strong flavored. But the star was the Nutella cookie. So so good! The parking situation kind of sucks but service was good, and inside the ambiance is small but cute.

I didn't know I needed a "dirty soda" in my life, but here we are. This place is DANGEROUSLY delicious. I went to the one off of 97 Ave. Service was pretty quick. I can totally see myself stopping by here before a road trip. Next time in coming back to try the coffee!

Sip 305 in Kendall is a hidden gem for anyone craving a quick drink, whether it's coffee or a refreshing treat! Tucked away so discreetly that you might drive right past it if you're not paying attention, this spot is perfect for a quick coffee stop. After a bit of a hunt for great coffee in Kendall, I'm so glad I found it. I tried the Cinnabon cold brew with cold foam, and it was amazing. The blend of rich coffee and cinnamon flavor was the perfect balance, giving me all the cozy vibes of a cinnamon roll but with a cool, refreshing twist.

Ever since I discovered redbull sodas I have been hooked but I couldn't find a good spot in Miami--until Sip 305. This is the place to go when you are thirsty. They have smoothies, shakes, sodas, and redbull sodas. I have been back several times and tried different drink options but my go-to order is the Post Watermalon. It's watermelon redbull with other flavors like coconut and it is delicious!

I came here to try the dirty sodas and loved them. There are so many options to choose from. I can't wait to come back and explore more of the menu!

Must-Try Drive-Thru Coffee Shop Supporting a Small Business I recently stopped by a local drive-thru coffee shop that completely outshines Starbucks! Supporting small businesses is always a win, and this spot didn't disappoint. The staff was super sweet and helpful, recommending her favorite drink--the S'mores Iced Latte--and suggesting the Lavender Vanilla Matcha Latte for next time. Here's what we ordered:    *   2 Chai Lattes    *   S'mores Iced Latte    *   Vanilla Bean Iced Latte    *   2 Strawberry Banana Smoothies All for just $35! A great deal for such flavorful, handcrafted drinks. The only downside was the styrofoam cups used for hot coffees and smoothies. While they kept the drinks warm and cold, they're not the best for little ones--my 2- and 4-year-olds loved the smoothies but could easily break the cups with the straws. CHOYO, which stands for "Choose Your Own Flavor." They offer so many customizable options, so there's something for everyone. We'll definitely be back! If you're in the area, give this gem a try and support a small business with a big heart.

Newly located on Kendall and off 97th Ave next to the 7-11, I stumbled upon this drive thru coffee shop. I'm always looking for a new iced coffee. I typically go on Sundays to the Market in Pinecrest specifically for a coffee that is only available there. This coffee shop has surpassed my coffee happiness needs and on top of that it's open late. I discovered this coffee shop 5 days ago and have gone every day since then, one day I think I went twice. It is consistent and soOoOooooooo good. Today, I also got the sausage, egg, and cheese croissant. It was so cheesy and perfect. GO NOW. PS- I get the choyo iced coffee with chocolate and vanilla flavor with oat milk/espresso. You won't regret it.

I came here with a couple of friends and it was amazing. I ordered the Tropical Sunrise and it was possibly one of the best drinks I've ever had. When we walked in the place was extremely clean and was decorated nicely. The lady who attended to us was extremely nice and helped us out with what drinks we should get and helped us with the menu. When my friends received their coffee she offered to make it sweeter or less to accommodate their needs. This place deserves its hype and I'll definitely be coming again!

Coffee was really good, mine tasted just like tiramisu. The staff was nice and it was quick service. A little hole in the wall style shop. I'd come back to try other flavors!

SIP 305 is such a fun concept! I'm the type of person that loves fun flavor combos and sugar, so this place is a great fit for me. It's a small spot near FIU, but they have so many fun options you won't get bored. I love the fruity drinks, and the coffee drinks, and the milkshakes, and the cookies. This reminds me of Dutch bros on the west coast with all the delicious combinations! The owner and staff are also really nice. I'll definitely come back when I'm in the area!

Super cozy but still bright and stylish. We ordered the brioche chicken sandwich and... wow. I don't even like chicken (I was just planning to try a bite from my husband's), but it was out of this world. I kept going back for more -- the brioche was soft and buttery and everything together was just chef's kiss. Absolutely divine. The cappuccino was also perfectly made with a special touch -- you can tell they really care about their coffee. But the real highlight of our visit was our waitress, Alexa. She was so warm, sweet, and genuinely helpful -- the kind of person who makes you feel like you're being taken care of by a friend, not just a server. If you visit, ask for her... you'll understand We'll definitely be back!

It is a really cute breakfast place, and feels like an easy option to bring people if you are visiting the area. I really liked the special that they were running, which was a salmon and egg croissant sandwich. There were lots of buttery layers on the croissant, and there was plenty of filling. Plenty of seating inside, and larger portions. Everything was pretty yummy! I didn't try their coffee or other drinks, but if it is anything like the food I would wager it is a solid choice. Service was a little slow, and it took a bit to get our check. But our food came out super quick and was well made. I definitely think it is a solid breakfast option if you are in the area and can see myself coming back to maybe try one or two more things on their menu.

This is the perfect caffeine pick place to hit up in the food hall. They specialize in single-origin, high-altitude Coffee from Colombia that is roasted and handcrafted on-site. They also have some other great photographic worthy drinks like the Wild Purple Lemonade made with Butterfly Pea lemonade that I had to have. The blue in the lemonade is from the Butterfly Pea Flower. It is made from a dried, cobalt blue flower that is native to Southeast Asia. Its scientific name is Clitoria ternatea. Butterfly Pea Flower is a bright blue color and it is sometimes used as a food coloring. When you add the acid of lemon it turns a violet color which is how they achieved the blue/ purple color of the drink. As the lemon distributed throughout, it eventually turned entirely violet. It was expensive for a lemonade but I loved it. Other fun drinks include Passion Fruit Lemonade, Hibuscus Lemonade, Iced Santana Red Tea, and Oreo Iced Latte. They also sold tempting looking desserts which included colorful macarons. When you are craving coffee or a boring can of soda won't quench your thirst because you are craving showstopping refreshment, Tintto by Tributo has just what your Instagram ordered.

Really wish I could give 3 1/2 stars, but for the sake of quality, I bumped my reading up to four…read moreinstead of three. Here are my gripes first. 1. With the amount of Nicaraguan restaurants in the area, I found the portion of the sides to be very lean. Well, the steak was generous in size, I had ordered Maduros and Repollo, which were both small. I received maybe three or four Maduros's, which probably amounted to half a plantain, and small 1/2 cup size of repollo. 2. Where is the spice?!? And the flavor?? Specifically with the sauces, and the oil, I wanted more picante and vinegar-flavor. Also, the "chimichurri" consisted mainly of oil! Aside from those two complaints, the quality of ingredients were great. The steak was absolutely divine and delicious. It had been marinated in a citrus and soy sauce from the flavor of it, and grilled to perfection with the perfect amount of doneness that I had requested. It was juicy, seasoned well, and what gives this review four stars instead of three. Honestly, I will go back just for the churrasco steak alone! Service is good, attentive, I'm very friendly. The space is in a strip mall. Restaurant is clean, with a good ambience and had a variety of daily specials for both lunch and dinner. I'm still dreaming about that steak! If only the chimichurri and toppings had more kick to it!

While the decor was nice, the lights were flickering on and off the whole time we were there. It had to be a wiring issue but it was definitely obnoxious. The staff was very nice, but SLOW! We got to the nearly empty restaurant and were sat quickly, however, with informing that we were still expecting two more were left completely unattended. Instead of placing drink and appetizer orders, we had to wait until the other two arrived which ended up being over half an hour. I could've used a drink or two or three. Once everyone was there, we had to flag down servers just to get a little attention. The drinks took a bit to come out and the appetizers took so long we scrambled to put food orders in the second we got the apps. The food itself was great. I have no complaints on the food as it tasted good. I'm not usually a chimichurri eater but I LOVED this one. Portions were good and the pricing wasn't bad. I just feel like with so much competition for restaurants in Miami, they need to step up their game. With El Centro Americano in the same shopping center and El Madroño across the street, this restaurant will never survive if left as is.
