We would not use them again. They were difficult to communicate with and unfriendly. They asked me…read moreto bring a check to their office and that would get us on the schedule sooner- 2-3 week wait. It was more than a month and they only moved forward with starting the work after I reached out to them multiple times. I called after they weren't responding to email and was told someone would need to call me back. I told the person on the phone I was concerned that they cashed my check and now they weren't responding, suddenly someone was available to talk. They were irritated and told me they were too busy to be answering emails or reaching out to customers to give updates. But the work did get scheduled after that.

To all that want welding done, and they give you a verbal quote, make sure you get a copy of that…read morequote before you leave. They will write on the receipt after you leave more than the verbal quote that was given to you. Also, you will be paying the going rate for an experienced welder to train an inexperienced weld and all their mistakes. If they need to train someone, do it on their dime, not mine. I won't be taking my welding needs to Bower anytime soon.
