Jason met us on site and we decided on a shed and wanted the drive to talk about it. That shed sold while we were driving. Jason said he would get us what we wanted for the same price. We didn't have to compromise on color and roof style (metal) as we did with the other shed. Delivery happened exactly as promised. Darcy & Heather were delivery communication and super knowledgable. Kaleb managed to get into our difficult driveway. We have a flag lot. I was pretty impressed. He knew the problem areas and my husband followed him with a chainsaw to get down some limbs. He arrived as planned and, after asking questions about what I was looking for, was able to communicate the scope of work in a professional, knowledgeable and friendly manner without "man-splaining." His quote came in quite a bit lower then the others I had gotten and after reading their reviews, I hired Timber Bros to do the job. On the day of service, Luke and his brother, Josh, arrived with a hard working crew that got straight to work. They did everything Luc quoted (and more) and made sure nothing in my yard (or my neighbors yards) was damaged. The crew cleaned up as they went and didn't miss a thing. In fact, when the BBB was unable to give LDI the response they wanted due to documented evidence they told the BBB they were useless and were considering leaving. It can still be litigated. More than happy to share the documentation with anyone wanting to see it. G.A. Hunt Excavating of St John's installed a proper drain line and resolved the problem LDI created. They were very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. If you have a drainage issue call them. I stand fully behind my warning to not trust LDI with grading or drainage issues. They are not trustworthy or knowledgeable.

Despite it being the busy season for roofers, Precision Roofing jumped into action. My home is a historic structure, so we ran into a roadblock when the historic committee in the area blocked the building permit. Precision immediately wrote a letter to my insurance company and Jeff from Precision came with me to the committee meeting and presented our case. We were approved.
