So after they left I measured the front lot and it was not 33 foot wide it was 32 1/2 feet. They also promised me a drawing of my property. All they sent me was some sort of certificate. When I called them and asked them for the drawing the lady said you only asked for the staked survey. I also left a message with someone they're in charge and he never called me back. When in fact she told me when I first called them to ask them to survey my property that they would include a drawing of it. I also overheard one of the surveyors talking to my neighbor to the north and I think they did not place the northwest stake in the right location after talking to him. Do not trust this company they will not deliver on their promises.

No matter what he says about giving you the best price around, don't use him! He will take your money and never complete the job! On 6/28/2018 I wrote Tim Busch a check for $1500.00. This money was to secure my place in his schedule, and supplies needed for brick work and tuck pointing. Work was to begin immediately according to Tim but over and over again he was a no show, and when I was able to get in touch with him he had many reasons for why he was unable to make it. At one point I was completely unable to get in touch with Tim, I even tried getting in touch with Jennifer Barnes who he was using as a second contact for Busch landscaping & design. On 7/11/2018 Tim, Jennifer & Travis returned to the house to begin brick work. I made it a point to ask Tim what the deal was face to face. He apologized, said he had broken his phone, had some family problems and he had a back log of jobs that needed completion. Tim said these other jobs were time sensitive and under contract to be completed in a specific time frame where mine was not. Before Tim began work Tim assured me that this job would not be a problem for him, as I told him if it was I was fine with him refunding my $1500.00 and we could go our separate ways. After a conversation we came to the agreement that my job would now be under contract and work would be completed by 7/31/2018. Which I was also told was well more then any length of time actually needed to complete this job for me. 7/12/2018 I was provided via email from Busch landscaping & Design a letter stating that this job would be done by the end of July. I was also told that Tim would be back this day to continue work but hours after he was to arrive I received a text saying he was held up at different job and would not make it back till 7/13/2018. This is the last contract I have had with Tim Busch or Jennifer Barnes. Tim no longer seems to have a working cell number which I was provided when first contact was made. I have looked at business web site and yelp and there has been no update to number given. I have also called and text Jennifer Barnes with no response from her either. I have contacted them via business email where I had received invoice from, and also tried to contact via Facebook for lack of anything better. I have asked for the return of my $1500.00 so that we could each go our separate ways but all requests have been ignored. I have documented every text and email from these people and this company, and I do plan to take legal action against them, but I also plan to do whatever I can to make sure this man or this company never scam anyone else!

Owner said to keep the last $200. I wanted my job done correctly not $200. In the contrac the product I paid for was not used in some areas of the job. My concrete appriach is worse then when they came to clean, seal and make it look like "new" as I was told at our initial meeting. Great salesman awful work. And of course after two weeks my patience was used up. The owner said it was my fault due to MY temper?? for the awful job!! These photos were taken when I was told the job was done. They did come back and redo some areas with the proper cleaner AFTER they had sealed the concrete. Still not a good job my any means. Awful work, rude uncaring company!
