Keep pulling the, what seems to be their only employee, of her house to take on other projects. The owners hire horrible subcontractors. None of them want to do any work. The roof took a month. They seem to keep moving money around because supplies take forever to get. My mother in law has needed some of her things that they are storing, and no 1 knew anything or were anything was. Also seems they can't keep workers. 3 supervisor during this time. This should have never taken this long. There was also about a 6 weeks that nothing nor anyone ever came to the house. The neighbors keep us very well informed. The current supervisor is great. This company should not be in business. Do NOT use this crappy company EVER.

They did an excellent job on the remodeling of my upstairs bathroom and also took care of arranging the mold remediation cleanup, when mold was found. Also did a great job on the ceiling, new ceiling fan installation, etc. of the downstairs bathroom which had water damage from the upstairs bathroom. The project manager Norm Shamoun was nice, professional -- just AWESOME!! He communicated with me frequently and kept me updated on work status and any issues. All the contractors/staff that worked on my house/home were nice, respectful, did quality/excellent work and on time -- fantastic completed work. The cost was reasonable and fair; and the work was done in a timely manner. I will definitely use J & L for other home projects. Thanks again J & L for being such a blessing.

Dan examined the water damage in the bathroom floor around the fixtures and checked the subfloor underneath. He decided what needed to be done. He wrote up a proposal and contract, and made the cost very fair and affordable. Norm and Zach worked so hard in taking off the damaged flooring layer by layer - down to the joists! They then professionally installed layers of new flooring, laid the interlocking tiles that we had picked out, and finished it perfectly with new baseboard. My family and I think it's beautiful! David and Josh came to install a new toilet and fix plumbing. They did a great job by repositioning the toilet and making sure there were no leaks. We lived with a bad floor for over a decade, not knowing the full damage that had taken place. So we are thrilled with the new quality construction of our bathroom. I recommend J & L Restoration to everyone for their professionalism, knowledge, honesty, consideration, and friendliness.

Did not tell me that they would not be putting the baseboards back. Thew out a perfectly good cabinet which they said "showed signs of mold" and did not seek permission or even tell me. Struck my splitrail fence with their truck and only put the rail back in place afte I pointed it out. Left arrow tags stuck to walls and floor. Left removable mats rolled up and wet Did n ot sweep or mop up dirt from boots left on floors. Was told work would take 3 days; took 6. Cost: Just over$2400. Additional costs: Weekend furnace and water service: $258. Replacement of baseboards and repaint laundry room floor:$500 plus. Total: $3158 and maybe more, as the baseboards and painting costs are just estimated Would you hire these guys?
