They are local, Shane and his Saw Man worked their buts off and took that tree down so smoothly, they were prompt, professional and personable, thank you Ruby and Earl for a great job. I called them again at the beginning of October 2023 & left a voice message that I needed a fallen cherry tree removed & another cherry tree needed trimming. Also I needed some other wind damaged branches on several evergreen trees removed. After no response to my voice message I called back a week later & spoke to Ruby. She said, they would call me back at the end of the month to come out & give me an estimate. It's now past mid November & still nothing. I also spoke twice to my lawn & snow removal companies owner Cory from Fire & Ice twice about my tree issue. Spoke to the owner of Monolith Handyman Services Daniel twice when he was out to trim my hedges at the beginning of October. Still waiting for my tree removal estimate from him. All I got was a text from him in mid October that he hadn't forgotten about me. Last Monday I called Midwest Tree Service. I spoke to Jim who said, Roy may be out today or tomorrow to give me an estimate. I called back Friday & spoke to a person at their answering service that nobody has called or came out. It's now late Monday & nothing from them either. DOES ANYBODY WANT TO WORK OR RUN A BUSINESS PROPERLY ANYMORE? I'm fed up to the point where the crap can sit there until spring!

No matter what he says about giving you the best price around, don't use him! He will take your money and never complete the job! On 6/28/2018 I wrote Tim Busch a check for $1500.00. This money was to secure my place in his schedule, and supplies needed for brick work and tuck pointing. Work was to begin immediately according to Tim but over and over again he was a no show, and when I was able to get in touch with him he had many reasons for why he was unable to make it. At one point I was completely unable to get in touch with Tim, I even tried getting in touch with Jennifer Barnes who he was using as a second contact for Busch landscaping & design. On 7/11/2018 Tim, Jennifer & Travis returned to the house to begin brick work. I made it a point to ask Tim what the deal was face to face. He apologized, said he had broken his phone, had some family problems and he had a back log of jobs that needed completion. Tim said these other jobs were time sensitive and under contract to be completed in a specific time frame where mine was not. Before Tim began work Tim assured me that this job would not be a problem for him, as I told him if it was I was fine with him refunding my $1500.00 and we could go our separate ways. After a conversation we came to the agreement that my job would now be under contract and work would be completed by 7/31/2018. Which I was also told was well more then any length of time actually needed to complete this job for me. 7/12/2018 I was provided via email from Busch landscaping & Design a letter stating that this job would be done by the end of July. I was also told that Tim would be back this day to continue work but hours after he was to arrive I received a text saying he was held up at different job and would not make it back till 7/13/2018. This is the last contract I have had with Tim Busch or Jennifer Barnes. Tim no longer seems to have a working cell number which I was provided when first contact was made. I have looked at business web site and yelp and there has been no update to number given. I have also called and text Jennifer Barnes with no response from her either. I have contacted them via business email where I had received invoice from, and also tried to contact via Facebook for lack of anything better. I have asked for the return of my $1500.00 so that we could each go our separate ways but all requests have been ignored. I have documented every text and email from these people and this company, and I do plan to take legal action against them, but I also plan to do whatever I can to make sure this man or this company never scam anyone else!
