She said, they would call me back at the end of the month to come out & give me an estimate. It's now past mid November & still nothing. All I got was a text from him in mid October that he hadn't forgotten about me. Last Monday I called Midwest Tree Service. I spoke to Jim who said, Roy may be out today or tomorrow to give me an estimate. I called back Friday & spoke to a person at their answering service that nobody has called or came out.
