She did a good job applying the under eye patches, tints, etc. When it was time to take the tint off she dug cotton balls into my eyes - way deeper than was necessary and without care - that toxic dye got in my eyes and it was SO painful. She washed my eyes out with saline like 6 times because I demanded it but they still stung. She never apologized - just "yep, it stings don't it", like I was some sort of torture subject. I don't think she was properly trained! I have had my brows and lashes tinted dozens of times in other salons and sure there is a little sting but the esthetitian knows how to carefully remove the dye so that the sting is minimal and she is compassionate and thorough with the saline. I don't think this woman got all the dye out because my eyes still stung for the rest of the day and into the night, extra dry, red on the inside of the eyelid... 3 days later my eyes are still recovering. Google says the dyes are not FDA approved and can cause serious damage to the eyes - I was freaking out. The place is cute but I would NEVER go here again.

It was easy to select my appointment type and easy to select a stylist. I selected Hannah H because she had great reviews on the app. I parked on the street. Not too crowded but I think it was because I went during a Bronco game ha ha. When I arrived, the hostess greeted me. You are required to wear a mask inside so it made me feel safe. Hannah was waiting when I arrived. She greeted me with a big smile (with her eyes). I told her I just needed to reshape my eyebrows. We got to know each other a little bit and I loved our conversations. I felt like she really took the time to get to know me and shaped my eyebrows beautifully. Anyways my nurse Lauren was AWESOME, she had such a great energy and was so patient with me; making me feel calm and ready to go. She did a test at a lower level which is recommended for your first time, and continuously checked in with me to make sure I was good, and would have me take deep breaths in areas she knew would be a bit more "spicy" honestly I couldn't have asked for a better nurse! And guys I know it was just my first session but I am telling you I can't believe I was freaking out about this. It was nothing, like a tiny prick. I'm sure down the road when I get closer to being done with appointments (it usually takes anywhere from 6-12 sessions) it might have a bit more discomfort but you work your way up to that and honestly the results are worth it. I am honestly just mad at myself that I didn't start this process sooner!! If you do Brazilian waxes you can do this easy! Also they do a cool promo for your first time getting a discount.
