I have to say, I was nervous! singeronline.com had the sewing machine I wanted for $1,049 and all other places, it's $1499 and up! My family was ordering it as a semi-surprise for me and I didn't read the reviews until after I sent them the ad from here and then I was worried they ordered it and would get scammed. My daughter did call them when they hadn't shipped a week after ordering and the guy was nice and told her it was going out that day. It showed up on the 22nd and she ordered it on the 9th. But it's the right machine (Juki hzl f-600) and came with all the accessories and I'm very pleased with it. I hate they have so many bad reviews, maybe they need more thorough follow up when ppl order. But I'm 1000% happy and my dad saved tons of money! $450 difference...that's even cheaper than most places are selling the open box returns of the Juki f600. read more

**UPDATE** I emailed the company after filing the claim and asked them to cancel my order. They told me it already shipped and to send it back if I don't want it. But of course return shipping isn't free! I just got the item today and checked the shipping label... it is dated the SAME DAY I told them to cancel (see the attached pic). Shady business practices! The part works but I still don't recommend buying from them. ORIGINAL--I ordered a replacement sewing machine foot on 6/1. Confirmation mail said it would ship in 3-5 days. On 6/24 I finally emailed them and asked where the part was. I received an auto-reply email with "a new package shipped today via 2-day expedited" along with a tracking number. Today 7/4 I checked the tracking and the USPS site says the "label has been created, USPS awaiting item". I'm not sure if they intend to be fraudulent or not, but it's pretty scammy to create a label to appease a complaint and then not IMMEDIATELY actually send the item to USPS for shipment. Customers should not have to chase down their orders. I filed a claim with my credit card and got my refund. For the first time I forgot to check reviews before ordering and I wish I had. I ordered things and then to find out if they had been shipped because I had not received a tracking number like their website says. they quickly emailed back and said they were waiting on a part of my order to come in and that it was shipped out that day. There not very bright at Singeronline...First of all they do not know how to do-keep inventory, many of the Singer items I ordered I found out a week later I got an email and said they do not have some of the items in stock so they gave me a partial refund and said they will ship the rest of the items. Do you think they told which items they did not have in stock that did not get ship..No! So I have no idea which parts I need to re order else where.. Bought a pneumatic foot pedal, used it once and it stopped working Midway through a project. The line was a little bent, so I took the top off my pedal to get a better look and there were indentations on the bulb. I pressed the bulb, to make sure it was secure and it slipped right off the tube. I put the bulb back on, pressed, and my sewing machine started right up. SO, I put the tip back on to finish my project, got about 10 minutes in before my machine slowly died again................... LONG STORY SHORT, I e-mailed singeronline, how to send it back, and they tried to tell me my problem was the pedal transducer! They didn't even give me return instructions. I e-mailed back and asked how to send the item back. Their response was a tart "Send to below address." I lost 20 dollars, but more of my time dealing with a company who has no concept of real customer service or appreciation. It feels like dirty dealing to me. read more

Bad experience. I ordered a foot for my 30-year-old machine and paid through PayPal. Since I didn't set up an account with singeronline, there was no way to check status on my order. After a week w/ no communication, I emailed customer service. No reply. I called customer service and got a recording. After another week, I emailed them through PayPal. No reply. After one more week, I filed a case through PayPal. THEN I received my order. By that time, I had placed another order through sewingpartsonline.com (which has super customer service, by the way). So now I have 2 of the same item, but it's too much trouble to deal with singeronline again. My advice: Do not order through this company. If you do, use PayPal so you can file a dispute if needed. One order from April finally came but June 4th order never came. Noticed on bank was charged twice for same order. They did refund one of them but still never recieved parts. After 30 days, I emailed an inquiry and received a response that due to Covid19, orders could take as long as 20 days to ship. After 60 days, I emailed a 2nd inquiry about my order. I received a suprisingly worded response that said "Your continuous calls and emails are stalling our resources. Please . . . limit the phone calls and/or correspondence unless it's urgent, refund, or cancellations. After 90 days, I requested a refund. SingerOnline gave no response. I then disputed the charge with Paypal who investigated, then decided in my favor. I do not recommend doing business with this online company. read more

This place is pretty much a scam. I placed an order for a walking foot from their online store on 6/30. It's now 7/23 and I have no walking foot. I have called and emailed numerous times and I have yet to receive any kind of a response from a real person. I only got an automated response to my first email. They have an F rating with the BBB. Wish I had known that before I gave them my money. Update: Still have not received my order. It's now 8/2, over a month after my order was placed. I have received no response, even after filing a BBB complaint over a week ago. Update #2: I had to finally file a claim with paypal to get my money back. I did get my money back after that.
