I purchased this dress for the deep illusion and low back, it was nothing like how the bridal salon presented the dress on me , I dropped off my dress the first couple days in june;for them to hold my dress almost three months with no inbetween appointmen as I just picked it up this past week,was my first & last fitting, $550 that day I dropped it off in total. Again called my MIL crying had her come back with me the following day, ( when I first dropped it off,) now I've picked up my dress and I'm just so disappointed I let this women cut up my dress. Tooo away more than half of my illusion and create a new neckline, I have to tape this dress to my chest and back otherwise when I bend over I have a huge gap! I went online and found Alterations Express right on Royalton Road in Strongsville, and I am beyond impressed. Susanna, the manager, was absolutely outstanding. I walked in, explained the situation, and within 15 minutes my pants were fixed and ready to go for the wedding. Not only was Susanna amazing, but her entire staff was professional, pleasant, and incredibly helpful. Unfortunately, the alteration stretched the fabric and caused the top and sides of the dress to gap when they hadn't before. I returned to have the pads removed less than 24 hours later because I was I was unhappy with the result. I tried the dress on and they agreed that the dress no longer looked right. They removed the pads. I requested a refund since the alteration did not turn out as expected and they took back the pads back. They told me they could not without the manager. I was then told the manager would call me. I waited 4 days and was never called. I called the store and they told me they would not issue a refund and I would have to come back again, even know the other employees already saw the dress and the outcome. I also had the customer receipt as well. I understand that alterations can sometimes have unexpected results, but I was disappointed by the both the outcome of the dress and the lack of follow-up. As well as the tone of the manager I expected better service.

Asked to pick up suit for rental and try on at home and refused any other options despite having 20 people standing around store. Also help the people in the rental line before having buying consultations for people who came after us. Sent us a text it was our turn after we got in the car and left and told us we had a long wait. Do better!
