I had them…read moreout to do my outside windows and asked if they could do the window above my front door and the inside instead of just asking the guys washing the windows I called the office to ask if it was ok NO problem he said Not mentioning he was going to charge me $45 for one window when they were only charging me 145 for the rest of the windows. I called the office explaining I would've never paid that much money for one window had I been told the price and he decided it was better to lose my business than adjust the price so I would say very poor customer service.
