It took me awhile to schedule because my original booking was for a move in clean and way more pressing than my cleaning needs right now. However, they did send someone for a four hour cleaning. Erica was lovely and very personable. She showed up on time and did her best with the areas I asked her to clean. There was a bit of a film on my appliances that weren't quite wiped free of cleaners and a lot of my dishes had to be rewashed but everything was good for the most part. The company still communicated A LOT prior to my appointment via both text and email, almost to the point of excess. But, they did their best to make the original situation right so I am updating my review.
