Dr Singer is an amazing dermatologist, but a couple members of her Frisco staff leave much to be desired. I left information on her voicemail concerning prescriptions along with the pharmacy number. One person called and mentioned that my entire message had not been played and they wanted to call me back straight away. I explained that I no longer had the pharmacy number readily available and that I was sleepy as I was under the weather. I asked if she still had the message and she said that she did and that she would get it from there. Then, a nurse called and was extremely condescending. She said, "I'm sorry that you are still asleep at 10am". I gave her the number to the pharmacy and told her that it was a Walgreens. She said that she googled the number and that it didn't come up at all. I googled it and it came up as a CVS. When I told her this she said, "well it wasn't a Walgreens now was it." I asked to speak with someone else, but she said no one else was available. She had me to recount why I needed the medication that I was requesting a refill on. It was fully documented as to why I needed it. But, she used this information to formulate an insult towards me. She over talked me, laughed at me. I asked why she was laughing and she said that she was not laughing and then continued to do so. The entire interaction went this way. She was incredibly rude. I tried calling the office back to speak with someone else. She answered and began yelling at me. I told her that I was recording her yelling at me, then she calmed down and said that she was only trying to help me and not yelling. I told her that I may just let the Board hear the tape and decide if she were yelling or not. Add this to an initial rude front desk person and I cannot go back there again. Her Dallas office has been lovely in the past. But, the Frisco office isn't. It's sad because she is a great doctor. read more
