I've been seeing Dr. Dharamsi for many years and can't say enough about her and her office. In my…read moreannual skin check this year, she noticed something I had not had any concerns about and biopsied it. She called me back personally to give me the results. I can't think of another doctor that has made an initial call to me to share test results and that meant so much. I love that everyone in the office is so professional and caring.

Was referred here by Centennial Baylor Scott & White ER (on Coit and Lebanon) after being diagnosed…read moreon March 7th, 2025 with Erythema Ab Igne. I started developing painful pus-filled blisters in the days leading up to my ER visit and ultimately went with the intention of having them drained. I was sent home with bacitracin ointment which I was to apply to the affected areas twice daily. I visited the ER again four days later on March 11th with two new blisters - at which point I was given antibiotics - one 500mg tablet of cephalexin twice daily. That - in conjunction with an antibiotic injection - helped tremendously. Over the next two weeks, I took extreme care and ensured that only mild soap and water was touching my open wounds. Since then, my blisters have healed nicely, but I still felt I needed to follow-up with a dermatologist. This is where Legacy Dermatology, and Sarah Batti in particular, comes in. I absolutely loved her and her approach to patient care. Her knowledge and compassion for the field was clear. She truly engaged and interacted with me, made me feel comfortable, and set my mind, heart, and anxiety at ease. It was my first appointment with a dermatologist, so I did not know what to expect. Being that the offending source was a space heater over a period of about a year and a half, I was petrified and absolutely convinced that I had skin cancer. Thankfully, the discoloration on my posterior left thigh has started to fade. It seriously looked like toasted skin which is essentially what Erythema Ab Igne means in Latin. No more space heaters for me - or any form of artificial heat for that matter. Sarah outlined a future care plan and took pictures at yesterday's visit so she can compare it to my visit (which is scheduled for 3 months out) on June 26th, 2025. In the meantime, she suggested nightly applications of Aquaphor and sunscreen when out in the sun. It will be interesting to see how much further it fades, if it does ever go away completely.

Hmmm...where do I start?…read more 1. I'm taken back to the room and ridiculed for not having them give me a flu shot (sorry but not injecting poison for a 3% success rate) 2. Dr. Rachel Quinby-Graves and her assistant making fun of me for telling her that I was putting tea tree oil on the spot I was concerned about...it's only worked for thousands of years but yaaaaa SCIENCE (eye roll) 3. HORRIBLE BEDSIDE MANNER!!! Rude is an understatement. 4. I have her remove a small mole above my eyebrow. When I take the bandage off the very next day, THE MOLE IS STILL THERE!!!!!!! I'm hit with a bill for hundreds of dollars for something that is still very much there. Hmmm...curious who's mole she sent to get biopsied? 5. I call billing...explain I'm not paying for the mole removal or biopsy, but happy to pay for the visit. The lady is very kind and says she needs to speak with the office about how they want to proceed. They call me back WEEKS later and basically tell me to F off and that the bill needs to be paid in full. So ya...maybe go to ANY other doctor and practice. I posted a pic that I just took where my mole is very much there. I am reporting the practice and the doctor. I hope it was worth it for them. Dr. Quinby-Graves, you suck

Solid local dermatology go-to place. I've been coming here for a few years and have always had…read moregreat experiences. I don't think I've ever had to wait long. First, it's hard to find. It's tucked back from the road in a strip of offices, so use your GPS to find it. There's a roadside sign, but it's not super obvious and there are several business names on it. They remodeled the front lobby / waiting area in the last year, and it looks snazzy. The front desk folks are nice enough, as are the checkout folks. I may not be the mole guy from Austin Powers, but I inherited a lot of moles from both Mom and Dad. They've both had several removed, and I started having moles lopped off in high school. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND anyone and everyone visit a dermatologist and have their moles and freckles checked out. Skin cancer is the #1 cancer, and it's easy to be proactive about. North Texas Dermatology has done a good job at helping me keep up with this proactive care, and I appreciate that! I've almost always seen Pam Murray. She's excellent, and she does a good job at making a dude not feel too self conscious about stripping down almost naked to having every square inch of skin checked out. Any mole removal she's performed has been completely painless. All in all, no complaints. Good place. Easy 5 stars.
