Dear Owners, Words, or a turn over, seems in order before your Karen doorman tanks your business : R/doordash Excellent-Cake2516Dasher- 1hr ago Awful Restaurants and awful staff experiences? Complaint If you're a dasher, chances are you have been to a restaurant or two where the staff or employees are... Well lets say, a really shitty "face of the company".. Here's my story, tell me yours. This evening I had a "doorman" accost me at the front door and inside of a business where I had accepted to pick up from. While I am dashing, I wear a grey polo with DOORDASH's logo and my name embroidered on the front in red, and a grey ball cap with DOORDASH on it.. Clearly apparent and professional. I walked up to the tiny little bar and grill on a popular main street in downtown uniformed and blue cooler bag in hand, and this indistinguishable random guy barks at me and eventually follows me into the venue to berate me in front of patrons inside because I didn't stop for him and instead explained I was there on a business transaction. This dude is in a plain black stretched out tattered T shirt and loose, scrappy looking black sweats- no logos or marks at all to say he worked there at all... You wouldn't know he was an "employee".. I've driven by here several times, witnessed him sitting there facing away from the street talking with people and thought he was a disabled patron or something, I mean for real... I thought he was just some severely unhealthy and obese regular using a chair to just chill on the sidewalk at their storefront...) I make my way around this mass of a man who.... And I mean damn.. He had one of those small exercise steps thats wide but only about 4 inches tall?... Had that sitting between his legs for....well... for his belly to sit on. I am not kidding or making fun.. I'm walking to the door and he barks "HEY! ...HEY!! HEY MAN, STOP!!" I then turned, and said "Yeah?" To which he begins to ask me "Is it for Sing it & Wing it, or Itz Just Wings?".....like I made a mistake. The way he asked wasn't "helpful/assisting", he threw these words like I was an idiot and didn't know where I was. The 2 stores are next to each other but I also know that. Now.. Generally I would be nice and professional, but it was they way this guy barked at me like I was a fucking idiot in front of and between other people. Unacceptable. And absolutely not professional. I told him "Its for here, I know where to go boss." Shot him a thumbs up and walked inside....Still thinking he's just some patron who thinks he wants to correct a delivery driver.. I go in. Walk to the back of the store/bar, about 40 feet. I ask an employee with a Team member shirt about it. They tell me the wings are still being made. I turn around and hit my waiting option.. I look up and see this black mass with a head walking toward me and say "Hey man, what the fuxk is your problem? I asked you where you were going, you didn't have to have an attitude." You mean like YOU did?... "I'm here on a business transaction, for a doordash, I know where I'm going... Are you the dOoRmAn?" "Yeah I'm the doorman and I couldn't see your shirt until you walked past me and turned around-" THEN TURN THE FUXK AROUND, FACE PEOPLE WALKING UP AND IDENTIFY YOURSELF AS SECURITY you effing lop.. I didn't say that but did mention something about perspective and angle from where he is sitting... He throws a few more choice words about attitude sprinkled with profanity and "Do we need to report you so you don't come back?" At this point I'm boiling. A $4.00 stacked bullshit order is NOT worth this bs. "You ain't gotta worry about that bro," -shows him and the ACTUAL EMPLOYEE my phone and hit UNASSIGN. This happens in the middle of the bar, with customers onlooking, and I can feel his bulbous sweaty front load touching my arm every time he snaps his cheeks with a swear word for me... I unassign, Told them I don't get paid to deal with this shit. Said I'd let other drivers in the area know not to go there and why and walked the fuck back to my blazer.. To add insult to professional injury, on my way back still in ear shot, I hear dude sit down and tell the other patrons "Ha! Shit...hE aInT gOnNa TeLL mE!" Takes me 45 minutes to cool off enough to accept another order.. Fuck you and your establishment. I reported this harassing and accosting incident with support, but doubt anything'll happen. So... If you're dashing in downtown Chattanooga TN, do a fellow dasher a solid (someone who tries to give other dashers a good look most times) DO NOT ACCEPT ANY ORDERS FROM SING IT & WING IT on market street. They're normally slow as hell with no parking. read more

I am a Chattanooga native and I have always loved this place but on their $1 beer Thursday a "regular" at Sing It cursed me out as I was walking out to smoke a cig (thought he was kidding) and processed to push me and try to start a fight. Once the "bouncer" who was 2 ft from this altercation steps in after the 3rd push and tells the guy to calm down and gives him a hug and tells him to go inside because he knew the guy. I am sober at this point and my friend comes to see what is happening and I yell out "ya I'm good but the bouncer isn't doing his job." The bouncer looks at me and says "For that comment you can leave, get out now!" After I try to explain my case, I go inside to pay my tab because I am being kicked out at this point. Once I go inside I find a manager and explain the situation. We go outside to talk to the bouncer and he tells her that I called him a "fat ass mother fucker" or something to that nature and the manager immediately takes his side and asks me to leave. Being a guy who has struggled with his weight his whole life, I was so distraught to have someone accuse me of saying something like this...at this point the manager is not listening to anything I have to say and as I am walking in an EMPLOYEE of Sing IT stops me and tells me that she saw the whole altercation and totally backs my story to the manager. I work in the service industry and have a lot of respect for people who work in a bar/restaurant business so I will not be back to Sing IT because of this situation and it really sucks because I have always loved this place..cheers and drink responsibly read more

If I could give no stars, make a complaint, file a grievance, pursue battery charges on the mass of idiot at the door, and shut this place down.. I WOULD. If there's any attorneys out there that see this, LET ME KNOW if there's something that can be done. This person has NUMEROUS complaints against him throughout yelp, reddit, and other websites all witnessing his sloppy, aggressive, judgemental, harassing behavior. The business and managers have allowed this for more than 5 years. I have ONLY EVER been to this location twice. Both times on a professional delivery contract/ on business. To pick up and order and leave for delivery. I am not a patron. I am not a customer. I am a 3rd Party Contracted for courier service by YOUR restaurant. None of this is ok. And the "GM"?..... He laughed. Legit laughed at me on the phone after I was accosted and nearly assaulted by this man. Here's why. https://www.reddit.com/r/doordash/comments/ncpsam/awful_restaurants_and_awful_staff_experiences/?utm_medium=android_app&utm_source=share I attempted to email the "Owner/Principal" listed on facebook and other websites, but "Gina" or at least her email doesnt exist.. read more

Absolutely terrible time. Not a family restaurant. A waitress walked up and took my kids hoola hoop away from nothing of them. I told her that was unacceptable and spoke to manager. He was a pompus ass and blamed the owner who had apparently left. I called bullshit and the other 1/2 owner my friends who informed me the other business owner is shit and she did not stand for that. My daughter was left crying and the reply was I should have supervised her better. Meanwhile I watched an employee literally snatch the hoops from them. There was not a sign saying hoops for patrons only. As a mother this pisses me off like nothing ever has. I had to remind the owner that customers pay the salary. I always hate when owners think they are better than the people the company serves. read more

I wish I could give it negative stars. The bouncer has a power complex and needs to exert his power to feel good about himself. I really wouldn't bother with this place because you might get in and have a fine time or it might ruin your night just because a middle aged loser needs to power trip to feel good about himself. They also had the audacity to charge a $5 cover when it was dead inside and denied us just because I asked if I had to pay cover on my 21st ("yeah but you're not allowed in"). Go to Hair of the Dog/Taco Mac instead, or hell, CHILIS read more

This is a very cool place! The food is great and the menu is really cool! I definitely recommend the BB Skins, the Aretha's Fried Okra and the Mama Mia Salad. Delish! It gets very crowded on Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights. You may have to wait a minute to sing, but everyone can't sing at once, right? It is well worth the crowd and wait. Some of the singers are hilarious! Super fun! A place where ANYONE can be a star. read more

Although this is a karaoke bar, the food is great! The Mama Mia salad is delicious and the Aretha's friend okra is a must! The Jerry Lee balls are always a wonderful go to and the fried mushrooms and pickles are great for sharing. Even if you aren't a singer yourself, there is always entertainment for sure! read more

The sound system in this place is not good at all, The atmosphere is fun but the music sucks, so it kinda defeats the purpose.

Worst customer service ever. Avoid this place at all costs. Rudest establishment I've ever visited: avoid at all costs.

Horrible horrible horrible, you could not ask for more terrible bar! So sad because Chattanooga needs needs good bars!!

Worst bar in Chattanooga. They don't care about the customers. They treat people like children. Never again

Piece of shit. Fuck this place. I'd rather fuck a street light then ever come back to this piece of shit.

I always have a blast at Sing It. The drinks are awesome the karaoke is fun. Highly reccomend
