The Professional Garage was on a list my son pulled up on his phone and thank goodness he did. They helped arrange a tow very quickly and started work on my vehicle immediatly. The first part that was delivered to them from a supplier was a dud - absolutely beyond their control, by that time it was closing time and one of the mechanics went to get a replacement part on his own time. It was a complex repair, and close to closing time next day it was fixed and one of the mechanics offered to drive it to where I was staying. I said I would pick it up in the morning and they then offered to open early so I could leave for home in good time. The cost of repairs was VERY fair and correct. I could have been charged the earth seeing as I was stuck so far from home. I am so grateful to them - it is great to know there are still reliable, ethical and very professional shops in existence. My only regret is they are not in my home town so I could bring all my vehicles to them as needed. Thank you again Professional Garage!

Long story short, I backed out of a parking spot not too far away from there and my whole front bumper dropped down and was still attached by who knows how much. I limped to Luis Alvarez's shop not knowing if it was going to fall off or what. I interrupted his work hoping to get at least some feedback about how much trouble I was in. He immediately said it would be a small risk but that didnt matter because he could fix it right now. Thirty minutes later he had explained what was wrong, what parts had been lost some time in the past and some additional corrections all to permanently fix my problem. I promised him that all business was going to come back to him. He was kind, thorough, descriptive of the need and his work. And as I expressed my appreciation, he was humble and pleasant.
