I was told I needed new rear brakes, so I planned to replace them myself on Saturday, 12/29/25. When I went to start the job, my security socket was nowhere to be found. So much for my Saturday project. The shop was closed for the weekend, so I couldn't resolve it. I met with the owner, Dan, on Monday. He ordered a new set of security lugs in hopes that the key would work. It did not. The tech had misplaced my original key during the brake inspection. Needless to say, it was a major inconvenience--and I didn't receive so much as an apology from the owner. This was my experience as a first-time customer. There was one bad experience, where they didn't tighten the clamp on one of my hoses and all of my coolant leaked out on the highway. That was irritating beyond belief. Other than that experience, their service is good overall. Be warned, they are one of the few shops that will still charge a foreign car fee. I can't rate them higher than 3 stars because their pricing is on the high end. Not dealership service center high, but they consistently charge more than Medicar across the street and Cha's Auto Service down the road.

His shop is located right behind the Kwik Trip on Robert Trail in Rosemount, He is on the back side of the building.
