I grew up in ther Metro NYC area and have been eating pizza for over 6 decades. I've been to pizzerias all over Westchester NY, Bergen NJ and Fairfield CT Counties. Same goes for The Bronx and Manhattan. I've consumed pizza in Italy, UK and, Japan. Hands down my favorite is Sinapis. The crust is perfect. I usually have to ask for my pizza to have the crust crispy but I don't have to ask here. Love their toppings too. Last slice I had was eggplant and tomato with basil. It was excellent! Even though I am a fan of Kinchley's Taverns pies in Mahwah, I think Sanapi's is even better. read more

The pizza is pretty good! Nice selection, tasty and speedy service and a nice ambiance. It was a great place to spend a few hours on a rainy afternoon. I liked this place until I paid. The menu prices are not correct. I was a disappointed about that. For example: The menu said $14 for a carafe of wine but we were charged $18. We were also charged a $1 topping fee but I don't recall adding any toppings. We will come back again because it was overall a good experience and the owners and staff were very nice, however I will definitely be sure to check the bill more thoroughly next time. read more

Had a wonderful car picnic here. Ordered the chicken Parm wedge, and a house salad with grilled chicken. Also got a couple of chicken marsala slices on the side. The pizza was crispy and fabulous. Excellent flavor to the chicken marsala. I could not believe the size of the wedges! Huge! The salad had more chicken on it than I could even imagine. It was tasty and the dressing was quite tangy. It also came with some garlic knots that were very crispy and delicious. The best part about it was how nice these people were. They actually told us to wait in the car, and brought our food outside to us when it was around 30°.! Everything was just perfect and delicious. I will be going there weekly. read more

I made the mistake of ordering Shrimp Scampi on a Sunday night. I've had it here before, it was okay. This time, the pasta tasted alot like spaghetti sauce. I cannot have spaghetti sauce. It never tasted that way before. The pasta was a bit too mushy as well. The had to have rinsed the sauce off the pasta, why else did it taste like spaghetti sauce. When bought to their attention, they lie and asked if I ordered it without sauce ??? They deny it and give us 12 garlic knots. Seriously??? I've always loved this place. Friendly people and good food. I definitely recommend stopping by, you really can't go wrong with any of the pizzas or meals. My only desire is that they would be open later. Closing the kitchen at 8:30 is killing me. I need access to your delicious food till at least 9:30. Went in on Father's Day 2018 to pick up an order. Order of a dozen wings came out greasy and dried out. I ate 2 and threw the rest out. I also took home 2 cheese slices. Very greasy as though they were sitting all day. Many other local places with better quality. Not likely to return. read more

Ok, I guess going there at 6:15 on New Year's Eve, was an unsure probability. Well, When I got my order, it was clearly overcooked shrimp parmigiana. I brought it to the waitresses attention and tried it. Not good, she offered to discount it, the kitchen was busy and missed the time of cooking it correctly. They also were closing early, ate half of it, they discounted my order 10%. I love the pizza here! It's very flavorful, staff is friendly and hospitable. There's been a couple times I've ordered pizza by the slice and could taste that it was reheated but other than that, it's usually fresh. When you take a bite of that fresh hot slice that's fresh out of the oven, and sauce drips down your chin with every bite, my god, that is the best slice you could possibly get. I've been to other pizza places where the slices are small and overpriced...not here, the slices are HUGE and the price is perfect for the quantity and quality, it's awesome! The wait was long and the interior was lacking but the food definitely did not disappoint. Everyone was happy with their food and the bread on the table was great. My family comes here regularly and is always pleased. If I was local I would be here weekly but prefer to do take out. It's a loud environment if dining in and not too enjoyable IMO, it's hard to hear the people you're with but that's really my only complaint. read more

I love their pizza! Especially since it comes in extra large. But mainly because it's good! The dough is amazing, definitely NYC style. Soft and crisp at the same time. I would give this place 5 stars because their food is delicious & always fresh BUT the woman that answers the phone for orders is so damn rude! I called to place a huge order for my friends bday party which i was hosting for 10 ppl. The woman who answered asked me if it was 'pick up or delivery?" I told her 'delivery' - She dismissively replies "THATS GONNA BE OVER AN HOUR!" To which i replied "ok ..." since i half expected as much. I begin to give her my location - she says "we dont deliver there" - Just last week i was physically in the restaurant and she herself confirmed that they do actually deliver all the way up to "HighView & FoxRun in Carmel" but for some reason she was very hesitant about it yesterday. So when i heard the hesitation and rudeness in her voice I cancelled my order and took my business elsewhere. This would have been a better review if I didn't get over charged. First the menu says 14.75 for a large pizza got charged 18.97. When I asked her she said it's 15.99 plus tax so still got over charged. Not hard to change the price on your menu. Not that big of a deal but maybe try to make up for it. We would order from them weekly, so they would make a LOT of money off of us since they knew we were steady customers and they would get at least one $50+ order a week (if not more). We live in Patterson and they are one of two places that will deliver to us. I'm not going to say the food is bad because it's fine, but the woman who works the front is so unbelievably unpleasant and rude that I refuse to spend another dollar there. On the phone she's rude but we always figured she was busy and let it slide, but we took our family there for lunch in person and she was astoundingly rude to my face when I got up to pay our bill. The main dishes have large portions and the garlic knots are scrumptious. Friday nights can get a little crowded but the tables turn over quickly.
