Audrey, the shop owner and one of the two tattoo artists who operate there, is a compassionate veteran who understands how to lead someone through the steps of getting ink for the first time without making them feel stupid. Audrey allowed my sister to bring me, her husband, and two additional friends to keep her company while she got her upper arm done and she dealt with our chatter and frequent questions with grace and humor. My wings were symmetrical and his certainly are not. One wing is pointed on the top, the other is not. No big deal, you'd think, however when I nicely called him to ask if he could fix it, he refused to stand behind his work and I'm Not surprised...I had an appointment scheduled and he canceled without notifying me. No courage I guess, as he sent a message through someone else. I've NEVER met an arstist that doesn't stand by his work. This is rather alarming. In my opinion, go to an experienced artist that stands by his artwork. That simple Wish I could post a picture for thoughts on his art.

Not very dependable. Read good reviews, but they canceled my original consult twice aprox 1 hr…read morebefore scheduled time. When I explained I was disappointed they canceled again and I was a Nurse and had to get coworkers to cover or use sick/vacation time the reponse was " I didn't ask you to do that". Both times they said due to illness. I understand people get sick, but the response was unacceptable.
