I had one of the worst and most unbelievable experiences with Bolton Logistics this week. I was…read morevery excited about my couch being delivered to my home. Two guys were sent from Bolton Logistics to deliver the couch. They were, number one, unprepared because they didn't have the tools to do the job, and, number two, unable to strategize to properly get the couch into the house. They put in effort for maybe 25-30 minutes and then gave up saying they could not get the couch into the house. It was a standard couch and a standard doorway, which I told both of them, and it should not have been a major issue. One of them even said taking the door off would have helped and then did not attempt to take the door off to help the situation. I had to cancel the couch from the store that I purchased it from because they were unable and unwilling to get the couch in the house. Not sure how Bolton is able to maintain a sustainable business with this type of inefficiency.

PASSPORT SERVICES ARE A SCAM!…read more You should never pay to fill out a passport form. The only payments you should ever make are directly to the Department of State and the passport acceptance facility in-person. So many people have paid hundreds of dollars to FedEx only to find out they still have to pay the actual fees. Only trust travel.state.gov for legitimate passport information.

FedEx needs to improve the way their drivers deliver packages to homes. Because my experience is…read morethe drivers are lazy and they put the package or packages wherever they feel it's easy for them. The drivers get paid to put your packages next to your door for your convenience. Bat nay they put it 5 or 6 feet away from your door so that they don't have to do a lot of work themselves. That in my book is being down right lazy. I know they receive really good pay for their jobs. I think they should be deducted maybe money for not doing their jobs right I am a disabled person and my package was set at the end of my deck out of my reach. I called and complained before and was told hey call a friend or family member to help you. I shouldn't have too if it was put next to my door. I damaged my arm in the process of trying to retrieve the package. That why I am writing this review.

They never…read moreshowed up during that time slot or at all on that day, or alerted me of changes or even returned my call. I wasted the entire day waiting for a delivery that never happened. When I finally got through to them on the phone, they said "sir, we forgot to put your boxes on our truck this morning, we will deliver tomorrow". "No sir, we are not sure what happened, no sir I cannot connect you to my manager to get more info, no sir I don't care that you won't have anyone there tomorrow to help you unload the boxes, our driver said that he ain't gonna do it even though the boxes are not super heavy". I was very polite and courteous, yet the annoyed customer service rep simply hung up on me. 1-star reviews for them are well-deserved, but it seems like they have a semi-monopoly on roofing items deliveries, so the owners couldn't care less.
