I booked for a time that gave 5-10 minutes of leeway time for me to be able to get to the airport and make check-in/my flight. I get a text about 10 minutes after my requested pick up time that their arrival would not be for another 24 minutes. I was already on the phone with them to cancel as I would miss my flight with the new pick up time. In retrospect, I should have given more time (15 -20 extra time) on my end but frankly I wanted to sleep as long as possible. (2) I was sent a confirmation text with a link confirming my order, however the link did not work. This was especially frustrating as I could not see the status of my order or any other information to confirm that they were coming. (3) Pricing was very high. I usually Uber to/from the airport but as anyone local knows that is hit or miss and for a early flight I figured it would be a miss. That being said the price was 2x what I usually pay for an Uber and more then parking at the airport for a week. I am honestly disappointed with the service after all the good reviews. I really wish there was a reliable airport transportation option in the quad cities.

    CAN NOT BE TRUSTED TO PICK YOU UP - DO NOT USE DANA'S!!!…read more I wish I would have read the other reviews before scheduling a pickup with this company, but I trusted the fact that the front desk at my hotel referred me. I called the night before I needed a ride to the airport and spoke with a man who quoted me $32 and confirmed pickup for 5:15am (I had a very early flight). The same ride with Uber is $12 but I was willing to pay more for the peace of mind knowing I had a confirmed ride scheduled. One thing I found odd about the initial conversation was that the man asked me to give him a "friendly reminder call" at 4:30am. I should have known that was a red flag. So the next morning I make the requested "friendly reminder call" and get no answer. I called and texted for the next 45 minutes with no response and of course at 5:15 no one shows up to take me to the airport. I had to frantically call EVERY OTHER taxi service but of course had no luck at that early hour. I was simultaneously trying to order Uber and Lyft but there were no drivers on the road. I sent Dana's a text explaining what a bad situation they had put me in and that I was potentially going to miss my flight because of their no-show. While panicking about all this in the lobby of my hotel, a different clerk than the one who originally referred me explained that Dana's is terrible and unsafe and they only use them as a last resort. Hotel guests have told them that the drivers go way over the speed limit, are very rude, and some even speculated that drugs may be involved. ALL THINGS I WISH I HAD KNOWN EARLIER! Eventually a driver came online with Uber and I was able to get a ride that way. While I was waiting for that pickup Dana's replied to my text about missing my flight with "ok". He also tried calling AN HOUR after I started trying to reach him but I was so mad I didn't answer. He sent another text saying his phone "messed up" and was on silent. To me that's no excuse since a grown man should be able to set an alarm to wake up without relying on a phone call. Once I came here and saw Dana's has done the EXACT SAME THING to other pre-scheduled early pickups I believe his excuse is B.S. and he likely had no intention of picking me up at the agreed upon time (but would maybe show up when he felt like it and take the extremely inflated rate then if I were still around). I also went back to my texts and see now he was reading all of them as I sent them and chose to ignore me and leave me stranded. DO NOT TRUST DANA'S!!!

    My friends used this service once this past Saturday to get to my wedding reception. The driver…read moreapparently did not listen to them when they told her the address several times and told her which of the two buildings the reception was being held in. This caused them to be way later than they should have been, and they ended up having to walk in the dark from one building to the other. They attempted to use this service to get to their hotel after the reception was over. My parents, my husband, and I waited with them to close to an hour for their taxi. They were quoted about 30 minutes or so. When one friend called to cancel the ride, he was told by the person on the phone that the driver was almost there and it would be just a few more minutes. My friend said, "Okay," after the driver said, again, "They'll be there in just a minute or two." We waited another 10 minutes at least before I got fed up and took his phone and called myself. I told them to cancel the ride and was told by the same person as before that he had canceled the ride when my friend called him the first time. That was NOT what my friend was told. Very annoyed, I simply said it would have been nice to know this the first time and hung up. This caused a huge inconvenience to my friends, my parents, my husband, and I. It's no wonder people rely on Uber and Lyft over taxis when services like this treat their customers this way. Totally unreliable and very rude!! Would NOT recommend!
