The owners said "NO", The money is lost except for my deposit. Pretty sad customer service. So now I went to True Value where they put customers first, not over a barrel. So if you have an event and rent equipment from here pray to God there are no changes, you will be negative for funds and the company is not willing to work with you. Sad day for local small business owners. We always try to keep our money within these establishments to promote equality among business but AAA Rents is a taker, not customer satisfaction driver.
